In this paper,using PVA with excellent film forming performance as the substrate,using nano-SiO2/borax synergistic modification and epoxy resin crosslinking modification two methods to prepare the modified PVA solution,and through the physical impregnation method to prepare the impregnation paper rope,after drying,the modified paper rope with good waterproof performance was prepared.The static load,durability test and design practice of the sitting surface show that it can be used in seat production.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1)through single factor experiment investigation nano SiO2 content,borax content,reaction time and reaction temperature on the spinning relative bibulous rate,the influence of the factors determine the scope,and by orthogonal test and extreme difference analysis it is concluded that the best treatment process:when nano SiO2 content,borax content,reaction time and the crosslinking treatment temperature are:Under the conditions of 0.06g/100mL,0.06g/100mL,1h and 80?,the relative water absorption of the prepared modified PVA solution was reduced to the lowest of 17.87%,which reached the standard of moderate water resistance.The maximum tensile strength is increased by 59.1%,the relative hygroscopicity of 24h is only 3.27%,the contact Angle is increased from 54.53°to 97.39°,and the hydrophobic effect is initially achieved.2)Taking the relative water absorption rate as the value,the response surface methodology was used to study the effects of the addition amount of epoxy resin,reaction temperature and reaction time on the relative water absorption rate of the paper rope impregnated with epoxy resin crosslinked modified PVA solution.It was found that when the addition amount of oxygen resin,reaction temperature and reaction time were respectively:At 2.007g/100mL,80.1? and 1.53h,the average water absorption rate of the prepared paper rope was the lowest 16.41%(SD=0.13%),and the relative deviation was 1.27%(<5%),which reached the standard of high water resistance(saturated water absorption time>24h±15min).The interaction between temperature-reaction time and epoxy resin addition amount-reaction time was very significant.The tensile strength increased by 58.45%,the relative hygroscopicity at 24h was only 3.08%,and the water antenna increased from 54.53° to 74.73°.3)The number of hydroxyl group(-OH)in the modified paper rope was significantly reduced by FTIR characterization,and the pores in the surface and section of the impregnated paper rope were reduced by SEM characterization,which further improved the waterproof ability of the paper rope by the combined effect of the two.4)Waterproof modification of kraft paper rope and recycled paper rope was carried out in accordance with the optimal process,and physical production was carried out in accordance with the design scheme.Finally,the feasibility of the application of modified paper rope in seat ware was verified through mechanical property test and durability test.Through the above tests and tests,the two kinds of waterproof modified paper rope can be used in the production and application of the seat.
