In order to expand the application field of high-value cleaning of ramie bone and expand the family of FDM 3D printing consumables,and develop wooden environmentally friendly warm-tone 3D printing composite wires.1.75mm FDM 3D printing PLA/ramie bone composite wire was prepared by using modified ramie bone fibers and polylactic acid(PLA)as the base material.Recommended printing parameters of 1.75mm specification 3D printing PLA/ramie bone composite wire through mixing and extrusion forming and preparing,and optimizing 3D printing process parameters through 3D printing practice,and the weather resistance of the printed works were evaluated.The main tasks and innovations completed are as follows:(1)The best values of mass fraction and particle size and glycerin mass fraction of ramie bone used to prepare PLA/ramie bone composite material were obtained through glycerin compatibilization modification by response surface method:12.6%,160 mesh,6.4%,and prepared accordingly.The PLA/ramie bone composite material has realized the change of the internal material structure due to the compatibilization and modification effect of glycerin,which strengthened the wood-plastic fusion interface between the polylactic acid and the ramie bone fiber.(2)Through grafting modification,granulation,extrusion molding and other processes,1.75mm PLA/ramie bone composite wire was prepared.The C=C stretching vibration peak of the composite wire was grafted with maleic anhydride and the monomer was removed and purified.The original absorption peaks of primary alcohols and alcohol extensions are changed to the absorption peaks of the CO group of the ester-ether bond,and the successful grafting is realized,which makes the thermal stability and weather resistance of the wire better.(3)Through 3D printing practice and analysis,the recommended values of the main 3D printing parameters of 1.75mm PLA/ramie bone composite wire are obtained:filling rate 60%,layer height 0.2mm,printing speed 30mm/s,printing temperature 210?.(4)The 3D printed specimens of PLA/ramie bone composite wire with 1.75mm specifications obtained based on the recommended process parameters treated with acid and alkali corrosion resistance being analyzed,and it was found that the specimens had good corrosion resistance.(5)Based on the recommended process parameters,the 1.75mm PLA/ramie bone composite wire 3D printing work has an appearance of wood and environmentally friendly warm color,and its strength,hardness,smoothness and dimensional accuracy can meet the requirements of home and office decorations and industrial accessories.
