Perovskite materials have received widespread attention in solar cells,light-emitting diodes,lasers,detectors and other fields due to their excellent photoelectric properties.With the development of component modification,grain boundary and trap passivation,perovskite’s photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability have been further improved,the research of perovskite detectors has therefore become one of the hotspots and frontier topics.In this paper,the material growth and device development of a new type of perovskite detector are researched.First,two different perovskite systems are selected,and different perovskite films are prepared on the pretreated glass substrate by adjusting the experimental parameters.A series of material characterization methods were used to explore the effects of annealing time,precursor solution ratio and other factors on the morphology and crystalline quality of the two perovskite films,and the corresponding photoelectric test results were connected with the material characterization results to determine optimal experimental parameters for preparing photodetectors with two perovskite systems.On this basis,this article further explored the influence of the addition of antisolvent and different electron transport layers on the photoelectric response of the lateral structure detector,and found that although the addition of antisolvent can improve the surface morphology of the film,it will also reduce the photocurrent of the lateral structure detector.But addition of the electron transport layer can significantly improve the photocurrent response of the lateral structure detector.Finally,in this paper,two vertical structure detectors of different perovskite systems were prepared on FTO conductive glass substrates,the photoelectric response results of the vertical structure detector under the optimal parameters and the photoelectric response results of the lateral structure detector were compared.For comparison,it is found that the vertical device structure can significantly improve the photocurrent response of the perovskite detector,but it also reduces the time response characteristics of the device.The research results in this article will provide a reference for the application of perovskite materials in the field of detectors.
