With the continuous development and progress of society,the warning equipment used in the society is constantly upgraded and improved.People are paying more and more attention to the setting of safety warnings in various fields.Therefore,in recent years,a variety of flashing signal lights have been received Welcome,the strobe signal light has a good warning function,which can avoid the occurrence of safety accidents to a large extent.The existing flashing lights still have many problems,which make users have great inconvenience in later use and maintenance.For example,the input voltage range is narrow;only a single step-up or step-down function can be realized in the circuit;low power factor;The switch tube in the circuit bears a large reverse voltage,which is not conducive to the safety of the switch tube;the product is large in size and high in cost;the flashing mode of the strobe light is single,which weakens the warning effect.In view of the above-mentioned problems of existing strobe light products,a design scheme of AC strobe light based on high power factor hybrid converter is proposed.First,use the NCP5181 chip to design the high power factor hybrid converter part.This high power factor hybrid converter is a single-stage converter that uses a fixed duty cycle method to achieve high power factor in the circuit within a wide voltage range.With buck-boost function,and when the output voltage in the circuit is greater than the input voltage,the maximum reverse voltage of the switch tube is approximately equal to the output voltage.When the output voltage in the circuit is less than the input voltage,the maximum reverse voltage of the switch tube is approximately equal to The input voltage improves the safety of the switch tube and at the same time meets the requirements of the automatic current limiting characteristic that the strobe light charging circuit must have.Secondly,the input part is designed with a micro-power synchronous chopping low-power power supply circuit.When the input voltage is 80~250V,the entire alternating current is chopped to provide a stable 15 V working voltage with high efficiency in a wide voltage range,which improves Improved charging efficiency and reduced standby power consumption.Finally,the MK6A12 P single-chip microcomputer with micro power consumption is used in the control circuit to control the strobe light,and the strobe light strobe mode is set through the two-digit DIP switch to realize the multifunctional effect of the strobe light component.The experimental results show that the AC strobe lamp designed with a high power factor hybrid converter can work in a wide voltage range of 80~250V,and can realize the unitization of 110V/220 V products,which is convenient for product maintenance and management;Voltage,step-down,and the power factor can reach 0.85~0.95;the switch tube works at a lower reverse voltage,so it is especially suitable for high-voltage output occasions to improve the stability and reliability of the circuit.The AC strobe light based on the high power factor hybrid converter designed this time has laid a certain foundation for the development of strobe light in the same field,and will provide a reference for the innovation of strobe light products.
