MSMA(Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy)is a kind of intelligent material emerging in recent years.Compared with the known piezoelectric ceramics and shape memory alloys,it has the advantages of large output shape variable,fast response speed and high energy conversion rate.MSMA material can obtain a larger shape variable under the action of magnetic field,and can maintain a larger shape variable after the disappearance of magnetic field,known as the positive characteristics of the material;At the same time,MSMA material can also be under the action of force,as the deformation of MSMA material causes the change of the surrounding magnetic field,which is called the inverse characteristic of the material.In this paper,based on the reversible characteristics of magnetron shape memory alloy and the characteristics of integrated sensor and actuator,a new self-sensing actuator is developed,its structure is designed,and its signal is filtered and active vibration control is studied.The specific work is as follows:The magnetic control of MSMA material shape memory properties and features of the inverse analysis and working principle of self-sensing actuator is analyzed,combining with self-sensing actuator active damping principle to design a kind of based on the characteristic of the MSMA reversible self-sensing actuator,the time-division multiplexing and reusability of the air separation method was adopted to effectively eliminate MSMA materials,a MSMA self-sensing actuator for the design of after model theory basis.Various parts of the MSMA self-sensing actuator is analyzed,designed the structure of the MSMA self-sensing actuator model,finite element analysis software Ansoft simulation analysis was made on the structure model,Maxwell the MSMA self-sensing actuator structure model to meet the design requirements,validation MSMA self-sensing actuator structure the rationality and accuracy of the model design.The experimental device of MSMA self-sensing actuator was designed.Using TMS320F28335 DSP as the core development system,the peripheral circuit design,and the related DSP module initialization and pin design,make the MSMA self-sensing actuator experimental device can effectively extract the sensing signal,and the MSMA damping material,and make the MSMA self-sensing actuator experiment device to achieve the expected design requirements.NLMS,Normalized Least Mean Square Algorithm(NLMS)in the adaptive filtering Algorithm is applied to filter sensor signals and process the outgoing sensor signals at the same time.Combined with time division multiplexing,the sensor signal and control signal are decoupled.Finally,the MSMA self-sensing actuator is applied to the active control experiment,which has a good damping effect for the periodic external vibration force.
