Commercialization is the reprocessing and value-added process after fruit harvest.The post-harvest commercialization and processing of Pear Crown pears is an important way to extend the pear industry chain.After harvest,the Pear Crown pear fruit is covered with paper bags,and the commercialization process after harvest includes such links as stalk breaking,bag removal,and netting.At present,all links are manually operated,with low work efficiency and high labor intensity.During the field investigation,it was found that when the handle was broken,the bag was removed,and the net was set in sequence,the flesh of the crown pear was crisp and tender,the skin was vulnerable,and it was easy to cause serious loss of pears and low processing value added due to human factors,which directly affected The income of the fruit grower.In order to realize the automatic processing of broken handles and bag removal of the crown pears after picking,and reduce the damage caused by human factors in the commercial processing of the crown pears after the picking,this paper designs a crown pears non-destructive broken handle and bag removal device,which can realize the crown pears after picking.The task of breaking the handle of the pear and removing the bag.It has certain research significance and application prospects.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Conduct on-site inspections on the commercial processing site of Pear Crown pears after harvest to understand the manual operation procedures and processing requirements.The geometric parameters such as the cross diameter,height,end diameter,and stalk length of the crown pear were measured and analyzed,and the fiber direction of the paper bag and the tearing characteristics of the paper bag were studied and analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the mechanical structure design of the device for removing the bag from the broken handle of the crown pear.According to the morphological characteristics of the crown pear,the operation plan of each process is proposed and discussed,and the overall plan and the whole structure of the crown pear broken handle bag removal device are determined.In order to improve work efficiency,the whole machine adopts a rotating multi-station structure.(2)The crown pear clamping mechanism is designed.The positioning is realized by the upper surface of the support plate and the V-shaped positioning opening.The rotary compression cylinder drives the indenter to compress and release the pear body.The mechanism occupies a small space and ensures Under the premise of not causing damage to the pear body,it can provide sufficient clamping capacity to ensure the stability of the pear body.Through the analysis and calculation of the clamping force required for each process operation and the finite element simulation analysis of the crown pear,the working air pressure of the rotary compression cylinder is determined.(3)A saw-cutting handle breaking mechanism is designed,which can realize the sawing of pear handles,paper bags and the inner wires of paper bags.The mechanism selects a metal circular saw blade with high cutting efficiency and small space occupation to saw the complex at the pear shank.The sawing type handle breaking mechanism is fixed with the frame,and the rotary motion during the process of changing the position of the rotating platform is used to realize the feed during the sawing operation.The handle breaking mechanism is tested,and the optimal structure parameters of the sawing mechanism are determined by the response surface analysis method.In order to avoid the resonance of the device under the excitation of the handle-breaking mechanism,a sixth-order modal simulation analysis was carried out on the key components of the device.(4)Design the structure of the bag tearing mechanism and the bag removing mechanism,and plan the tearing path of the bag tearing manipulator.Refer to the manual bag removal method to achieve the task of bagging without damage to the crown pear.The bag removal process uses a vacuum suction cup made of silica gel material to adsorb the pear body,and uses the air blown by the deflector sleeve to blow away the paper bag.The whole process Only the flexible material is in direct contact with the pear body,which avoids the damage to the pear body caused by the bag removal process.(5)The prototype and control system were built and tested.When the diameter of the pear body is 7 cm-10 cm,the average breaking rate of the device is 93.75%,and the average removal rate is 81.25%.The test shows that the device has strong feasibility.Meet the requirements of device design.
