Research And Development Of Coal Seam Gas Drainage Radius Measurement And Analysis System

Under the background of carbon neutralization and carbon peaking,improving the gas drainage rate is the key technology to improve the safe,efficient and clean production level of coal mines.The drainage radius is an important basis for the layout of gas drainage boreholes,which directly affects the gas drainage effect of pre-drainage boreholes.In view of the problems existing in the methods for measuring the extraction radius and the lack of instruments and equipment that can directly measure the extraction radius in coal mines,a set of gas extraction radius measurement and analysis system suitable for different coal seams is developed.The main research contents are as follows(1)The direct measurement method of extraction radius is studied.Taking the prepumping rate as the evaluation index of the extraction radius,through arranging several groups of extraction boreholes with different spacing,and using the relationship between the flow rate and time of the extraction boreholes,the extraction time under different spacing when the pre-pumping rate is reached is obtained,and then the reasonable extraction radius is determined.(2)The hardware design of extraction radius measurement and analysis system is studied.Based on the principle of direct measurement of coal seam gas drainage radius,the overall scheme of coal seam gas drainage radius measurement and analysis system is designed,which is composed of coal seam gas drainage radius measurement terminal and mobile phone APP.The circuit design of sensor data acquisition circuit,external flash storage circuit,liquid crystal display circuit,infrared remote control circuit,Bluetooth transmission circuit and so on are described in detail.(3)The software design of extraction radius measurement and analysis system is studied.The functions of gas concentration,flow,pressure and temperature collection,display,storage and transmission are realized and developed a matching extraction radius app.The complex calculation process of extraction radius is programmed,which is convenient for direct use.(4)The prototype of the measurement and analysis system for gas drainage radius in coal seam is developed.The system prototype is tested,and the results show that the system can accurately measure the gas drainage radius of different coal seams.
