With the rapid development of the national economy,the machinery manufacturing industry has higher and higher requirements for parts processing.Box parts processing is very common in the machinery manufacturing industry.The processing of complex box parts has always limited production efficiency.An important factor.The cavity structure of the box parts is complicated,the process is complicated,the CNC programming process is extremely cumbersome,there are many problems such as repeated labor and poor process programming.Therefore,studying CAPP technology,formulating process procedures quickly and reasonably,using modern theories and optimization algorithms to optimize processing processes,and developing automatic programming systems for box parts are of great significance for improving the efficiency of box parts programming and shortening the manufacturing cycle.This article is based on the compound boring and milling machining center,based on PowerMILL software for the automatic programming system for complex box parts,the content is as follows:(1)Analysis of processing technology of box parts.The process regulations of the processing features of complex box parts belonging to non-rotating bodies are described.Summarized and summarized the plan for processing the plane,hole and hole system of complex box parts.Describe the composition of part information and introduce the concept of features.The characteristics of complex box parts and the determination principles and procedures of the process route for processing box parts on the machining center are discussed.(2)Genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the process.As a random search and optimization method,genetic algorithm has distinct characteristics.Because it does not use the path search,but based on the probability choice as the main basis for searching,it can deal with complex objective function and constraints,to achieve the global optimization,to avoid falling into local extreme points.For the processing of complex box type parts,combined with independent research and development of composite boring and milling machining center,genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the complex hole,and the genetic algorithm in the genetic algorithm in the research,the use of 18 bit encoding way,for each disorder processing sequence,and the establishment of a working step constraint relationship matrix.Using genetic algorithm to optimize the working steps,the machining center tool air travel,the number of tool change,the time of the cutter can be reduced,and the efficiency of the three auxiliary time is reduced.(3)Development of automatic programming system.Use the "macro file" and insert module method to carry out secondary development of PowerMILL,create tool menu,establish tool module,processing strategy module,tool path module and simulation module.The feasibility and correctness of the automated programming system are verified through examples of box parts.
