The thesis starts with the influence of the degassing purification process on the gas content and inclusion detection,and the influence of the deterioration and refinement process on the detection of inclusions.By deriving the mathematical empirical equation of the inclusion size,the relationship between the gas content,deterioration and refinement and inclusions is studied.For the derivation of mathematical empirical equations,combined with physical formulas and theorems,the calculation equation for the diameter of inclusions in the aluminum-silicon alloy liquid is derived,and the corresponding relationship between the detection current data and the diameter of the inclusions is obtained;the detection image simulates the two-dimensional inclusions And three-dimensional graphics,through calculus and other calculation methods to simulate and classify their shapes,and respectively derive the calculation equations of the length and volume of the inclusions;through the derivation and research of the calculation formula of the resistance change rate,the research obtains the resistance change rate and inclusions The size of the relationship.For the study of the relationship between gas content and inclusion detection,the argon refining and degassing process is used to refine the ZL101 aluminum-silicon alloy for different time levels,and the gas content and inclusion detection of molten aluminum are performed.It was found that with the increase of refining and degassing time,the gas content,size and quantity of inclusions in the molten aluminum decreased,but after refining to the equilibrium state,the gas content and inclusion content no longer changed,but they still exist;In the case of the amount of alkane added,the gas content and inclusions are also tested separately for the refining of the aluminum liquid.It was found that the more hexachloroethane was added,the lower the gas content,the size and number of inclusions,but the gas content and inclusions still exist after refining to a balanced state.Comparing the two degassing refining processes,it can be concluded that the removal effect of hexachloroethane is better than that of argon refining,and the degassing effect of argon refining is slightly better than that of hexachloroethane refining.The gas content can also be obtained from the experimental results.There is a close dependency relationship with inclusions.For the study of the relationship between deterioration and refinement and inclusion detection,different amounts of Sr were used to modify the ZL101 aluminum-silicon alloy,and the gas content detection,inclusion detection,and observation of the macrostructure and microstructure of the alloy sample were performed.It was found that as the amount of Sr added increases,the gas content,size and number of inclusions in the molten aluminum will increase,and Sr will also bring new SrO inclusions while absorbing hydrogen;through the test of whether Ti is added for refinement treatment Comparative studies show that Ti refinement will introduce additional TiAl3 inclusions and increase the size and number of mixed inclusions.
