As a light material,magnesium alloy has a good application prospect in the fields of aeronautics and Astronautics,transportation and so on.Magnesium alloys are difficult to be machined at room temperature,which limits their application prospects.In this paper,the progressive bending process is used to process the integral magnesium alloy panel.The stress field,temperature field and curvature radius during the plastic forming process of magnesium alloy are studied by numerical simulation and experiment,the results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The distribution law of the maximum effective stress field and temperature field in the characteristic position of the magnesium alloy integral panel during the bending process is determined by numerical simulation,the expected simulation results were obtained and the die structure and process parameters were optimized.(2)A "three-point method" based on Deform-3D software is proposed to measure the radius of curvature,and the effect of process parameters on the radius of curvature of magnesium alloy integral panel is analyzed,the relationship model between the bending radius and the reduction of the integral panel is obtained.(3)A progressive bending die for magnesium alloy integral panel was developed,and the experimental research was completed.The curvature radius of magnesium alloy integral panel was measured by "three-point method".The measurement results were consistent with the numerical simulation results,and the maximum relative error was 9.65%.The mathematical model was established.The die structure was reasonable and the process parameters were reasonable.(4)The effect of deformation temperature and reduction on dynamic recrystallization microstructure of integral magnesium alloy panel during progressive bending is analyzed.With the increase of deformation and deformation temperature,recrystallization begins to occur in the material.
