| With the increase of natural gas consumption and the construction of pipeline,the demand of flow computer that the key equipment in natural gas measurement is increasing.In this paper,after an analysis and summary of the flow computers domestic and abroad,the flow computer that based on Linux system,which can be matched with four channel flowmeter at the same time and collect the pressure,temperature and flow signals of each channel is designed.The main contents of this paper:1.An analysis of traditional flow computer,then plan of the core board,flow card and bottom slab is proposed,which makes the flow card realizes the data acquisition and processing of single channel flowmeter,and effectively lighten the computational burden on core board processor.2.Through the research and analysis of the three algorithms of natural gas compression factors,the subject simplifies the operation process of the AGA8-92 DC compression factors algorithm program,and reduces the time of compression factor calculation.3.Through the analysis of hardware requirements,I.MX6 SX series chips of NXP company are selected as the core processor of the main board,and the main schematic that module of communication,storage,DAC,ADC etc are designed,and each board of the flow computer is successfully achieved.4.By building cross compilation environment,transplanting U-Boot and Linux kernel,building root file system,burning system into the core board,so a software operating platform is built,which provide a guarantee for the research of the software.The application of driver and Qt GUI and the design of compression factors calculation software is achieved on the basis of software running platform.The preliminary test of compression factors of standard gas sample is completed in the software,and the calculation results meet the requirements of national standard. |
