TA15 titanium alloy has high strength,good corrosion resistance and other excellent properties,and is widely used in aircraft panels,frames,engine compressors and other structural components.When the aircraft is flying in the humid environment of high altitude and low temperature,the working life of the aircraft is often reduced due to dust pollution,droplet corrosion and other phenomena on the structure surface of the aircraft panel frame.The superhydrophobic surface has the characteristics of self-cleaning,ice suppression,drag reduction and corrosion resistance.Therefore,the preparation of superhydrophobic surface on TA15 substrate is of great significance for aircraft to work normally in extreme environment.At present,the methods of preparing superhydrophobic surface,such as high temperature thermal oxidation and solution impregnation,are inefficient and easy to cause environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a simple,efficient and environmentally friendly method for the preparation of TA15 surface with good hydrophobicity,and the research on the superhydrophobicity of TA15 titanium alloy has not been published.Based on the research status of superhydrophobic surface and the theoretical analysis of wettability,the preparation method of TA15 superhydrophobic surface was explored.Finally,the electrochemical etching method with sodium bromide solution as electrolyte was selected,and the current density,etching time,processing temperature and solution concentration were adjusted.Through orthogonal experiment,TA15 with the best superhydrophobic characteristics was successfully prepared The surface.The superhydrophobic surface was characterized.The results show that the surface energy of TA15 is reduced by forming an air film on the surface of the material.Etching the microstructure and reducing the surface energy are the necessary conditions for the preparation of TA15 superhydrophobic surface.The influence of electrochemical parameters on the surface hydrophobicity of TA15 was investigated by single factor experiments.The results show that the current density,etching time and temperature have great influence on the wettability,while the electrolyte concentration has little influence.The relationship between TA15 surface roughness and wettability under different parameters was studied:before fluorination,with the increase of TA15 surface roughness,hydrophilicity,extended diameter and final wetting angle,the dynamic wetting angle of TA15 surface with different roughness decreased with time,and the change trend was the same;after fluorination,the minimum value of superhydrophobic surface roughness was 1.32 Before the optimal hydrophobic state,the greater the roughness is,the better the hydrophobicity is.After the optimal hydrophobic state,increasing the roughness will lead to the weakening of hydrophobicity.Finally,a series of hydrophobic surface properties of TA15 titanium alloy were tested to verify the hydrophobic properties of TA15 superhydrophobic surface,such as self-cleaning,corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
