As a new metal forming technology,laser deposition has been developed rapidly at home and abroad.However,due to the complexity of the deposition process,there are many factors affecting the forming quality.Therefore,in order to improve the forming quality,a morphological deviation detection and control system was established to detect and control the morphology of the sedimentary layer during the forming process.Firstly,a laser deposition manufacturing morphology deviation detection system was established.The high-speed profilometry instrument was integrated into the laser deposition manufacturing equipment,and the surface morphology of the sedimentary layer was rapidly scanned to obtain the point cloud data of its surface morphology,with an accuracy of up to 60um.Secondly,MATLAB software is used to denoise,simplify and register the point cloud to obtain more accurate point cloud data.The point cloud data were compared with the point cloud data of the standard sedimentary layer,and the point cloud data of the deviated area was extracted.The deviated area was stratified and sliced.The deviated contour of the section was extracted with the help of image processing technology,B spline curve was used to fit the contour feature line.Then,from the point of view of heat accumulation and stress changes in describing the morphology cause of deviation,and puts forward a method based on deviation area change a path planning method for compensating for the process parameters through area by changing the deviation in the experiment of laser power,scanning speed and fill the space,the change of deviation area of different process parameters on the result of morphology deviation compensation.Finally,the control effect of the system is verified by morphology deviation detection and control experiment.The morphology of the samples with deviated morphology was measured.The contour of the deviated region obtained through data processing was imported into the path planning software.The compensation path was generated by changing the filling space of the deviated region,and the deposition was carried out according to the planned compensation path.The results show that the control method can effectively reduce the deviation degree of the sample morphology. |
