| Double circular arc gear has high bending strength and contact strength and strong bearing capacity.In order to meet the load demand in the lifting process,double circular arc gear is widely used in the reducer of domestic oil pumping unit to realize deceleration transmission.At present,in the domestic onshore oilfield lifting equipment,pumping unit is still the leading role.The Daqing oilfield alone has more than 40,000 pumping units in service.More than 2000 pumping units are scrapped every year due to the failure of double circular arc gear in the reducer of pumping units.In these failure of double circular arc gear,usually only because of the damage of a few teeth,and lead to the whole gear scrap.For the failure of the double circular arc gear parameter determination,and realize the damaged tooth remanufacturing,to effectively reduce oil field enterprise production cost,improve the economic benefit,has important economic value,formed by the reverse gear parameters and tooth repair method of remanufacturing alone,for the similar parts of remanufacturing also to have certain reference value.In this article,through the research of double circular-arc gear modulus,spiral Angle,the relationship between parameters such as number of teeth,tooth width,according to national standard geometric parameters of the double circular arc gear in the regulations,through laser measurement and data processing of the way of combining the modulus and spiral Angle of two important parameters,which determine the other parameters,which laid a foundation for double circular arc gear remanufacturing.In theory,double circular arc gear can be machined with special hob by using the same principle as involute gear and the method of hobbing cutting.In order to improve the remanufacturing efficiency of double circular arc gear,a new method of remanufacturing double circular arc gear tooth is obtained by exchanging the order of spiral motion and generative motion on the basis of the existing forming principle of double circular arc gear,and the single generative processing of remanufacturing double circular arc gear tooth is realized.After verifying the feasibility in theory,the structure of the disc hob which is suitable for the single tooth shaping process is designed.The simulation forming of the single tooth of the double circular arc gear is realized by using the double circular arc disc hob with special software.Finally,the double circular arc gear of the single tooth generative process machine technology has carried on the preliminary design layout,and then analyzes the remanufacturing of double circular-arc gear machining error,specifically analyzes the has a great influence on the transmission accuracy of axial pitch error of gear tooth modification and application methods to reduce the axial pitch error and the way of gear transmission error. |
