Most oil fields use injection to the formation to ensure the stable production and high yield of crude oil collection.The main reason is that most of the existing water injection systems in China use artificial experience to adjust the water injection quantity,and the mismatch of injection distribution is prominent,which leads to serious water waste.In addition,the existing injection pump motor has low precision,poor anti-interference ability and huge energy loss.In order to respond to the relevant national energy saving policies,reduce water injection energy consumption and improve the efficiency of the whole water injection system,it is of great practical significance.Aiming at the water quantity and energy loss in the water injection process of oil field,the project uses intelligent control technology to realize water injection energy saving and reduce the overall power consumption of the system in the original terminal control unit between water injection.Firstly,the process of water injection in oil field is analyzed,and the energy consumption model in the process of water injection is established.The realization of water injection energy saving control is mainly from the setting value of water injection and the energy consumption of main water injection equipment.Secondly,in view of the imbalance of water injection distribution,a network model combining genetic algorithm and BP neural network is constructed,and the actual operation data of oil field is used to train.From the simulation results,the predicted value is very close to the actual value,and the training model has certain significance for the water injection.Thirdly,aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of water injection pump in the original system,the defects of the original PID control mode of water injection motor are analyzed,and the original PID control mode is improved by using fuzzy control rules.Through the comparison of simulation results,it is found that the speed overshoot of water injection motor is smaller and the regulating time is shorter under the fuzzy PID control mode,and the water injection pump is also more energy-saving.Finally,the program design and test process of water injection energy saving system are completed based on the research results.Through the field test of the water injection effect of the original system and the system,the data of water injection quantity and power consumption are analyzed,which proves that the water injection efficiency is higher under the control of the system,and the energy consumption of water injection hydropower and water injection pump is lower.The water injection system designed in this paper is stable,efficient and energy-saving,and has a promising application prospect. |
