LDPE,also known as high pressure polyethylene,is a kind of polymer with toughness,elasticity and translucent,which is a general plastic production device with large production and wide use.This paper conducts calibration and calculation of60000 T / LDPE device.The energy saving and consumption reduction measures of the device are studied from the aspects of reducing ethylene consumption,reducing power consumption,steam consumption and water consumption.The results show that the unit consumption of the device is in the backward level in the same industry,and the energy consumption belongs to the middle reaches in the same industry.The measures for reducing ethylene,electricity consumption,steam,circulating water and desalted water consumption are proposed.The unit consumption of ethylene is reduced by about 9.52kg/t,the power consumption is reduced by 8.34 kw.h/t,steam saving is26400 tons / year,the unit consumption of circulating water is reduced by about 0.12t/t,and the unit consumption of desalted water can be reduced by about 0.02 t / T.In view of the problems of shutdown and waste of ethylene caused by the decomposition of one peak over temperature,the measures such as increasing the mainstream flow rate,adjusting the ratio of gas flow and monitoring flow rate are proposed.The average decomposition and shutdown times per year can be reduced,the unit consumption of ethylene is about 1.5 kg/t and the energy consumption is about 0.7kg oil/t.The operation process parameter control scheme proposed can effectively solve the problems of large vibration of cold three valve,the damage of differential coil for cold three valve control and leakage of cold three valve packing,which leads to the uncontrolled stop of cold three valve,which restricts the safety and long-term operation of the device.On average,it can reduce the parking time 8 times a year,reduce the ethylene consumption by about 1.3 kg/t,and reduce the energy consumption by about0.6kg oil/t.
