With the continuous development of the world economy,oil as industrial food plays an increasingly important role in economic development.China is the largest oil importing country in the world,so we need to pay more attention to the requirements of oil reserves.Storage tank is a very important container in the field of petrochemical industry,which is often used to store dangerous flammable and explosive media such as crude oil,kerosene,gasoline and so on.Due to the long-term operation characteristics of oil tanks and the environment they are in,most of the working oil tanks contain slight corrosion defects.The corrosion defects of the tank wall will not only shorten the service life of the tank,but also cause perforation,medium leakage and fire,resulting in casualties and economic losses.In view of this,this paper introduces the mass of accessories to carry out modal analysis of the tank with corrosion,and then explores the change law of tank corrosion under hydrostatic pressure.Finally,the seismic wave under different working conditions is selected to carry out the seismic sloshing analysis of the tank with corrosion in real situation,which provides a reference for the maintenance of the tank in actual engineering.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Established a 1000m~3 oil storage tank model and introduced the additional mass method.Then through the subroutine programming,the additional mass equivalent hydrodynamic pressure is attached to the tank wall of the storage tank model,and the liquid-solid coupling vibration mode analysis of the storage tank under different storage liquid ratios is completed.2.On the basis of the finite element software passing the specification verification,the modal analysis of the storage tank under different corrosion conditions is carried out,and the participating mass,mode shape and natural frequency of the storage tank are extracted.The influence of the depth and number of corrosion pits on the tank wall modal is analyzed and summarized.3.The model is verified to be correct for the storage tank under hydrostatic pressure.Secondly,20 different corrosion pit working conditions were designed and static analysis was carried out.The changing law of the depth and number of corrosion pits on the tank wall of the storage tank and the influence of corrosion pits on the overall storage tank are studied.4.Used the coupled Euler-Lagrangian(CEL)technology to simulate the liquid storage in the tank,showing the sloshing form of the liquid storage.The dynamic theory of the storage tank is analyzed,and three unidirectional seismic waves are applied to the storage tank using the time history analysis method.After that,dynamic analysis of storage tanks with different intensities,different storage liquid ratios,and different corrosions was carried out,and the law of changes in corrosion pits under dynamic action was obtained,and reasonable suggestions were put forward for the seismic resistance of storage tanks in special areas.
