Since the 21st century,the battlefield has higher requirements on the power,rapid response ability and firing rate of artillery weapons.To improve the power and speed of artillery,the gunpowder firing frequency with higher energy density is required when the artillery is fired.Subsequently,the artillery barrel will bear more severe test of thermal ablation.In addition,the related study of cannon gun tube thermal ablation is using live ammunition to carry out the test,it will need a lot of manpower and resources of ammunition support of funds,and difficult to observe the dynamic changes of the body tube thermal ablation in the process,these factors have restricted the our country the improvement of the performance of the artillery,hinder the body tube life technology Laser besides having high directivity.Coherence and high brightness characteristics,as well as a high degree of controllability,and strong launching ability,in the focal position can form as high as tens of thousands of degrees of high temperature area using these characteristics of the laser produced laser heating technology,is widely used in various fields,provides many methods and means for the development of science.At present,the related scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the mechanism of barrel ablation,such as pulsed laser heating,but few scholars have applied pulsed laser heating technology to the study of barrel ablation and material transformation.Therefore,this paper proposes a device to study barrel ablation by pulsed laser heating.In this paper,the thermal ablation of the tube and the pulsed laser ablation are studied theoretically.It is found that the thermal ablation process of the tube can be simulated by the pulsed laser heating.Secondly using ANSYS Workbench software for pipe body ablation and pulse laser and warm up by simulating the temperature field of tube material,have two kinds of simulation of the body and temperature field of the tube material By comparing the results of the analysis,found that the two temperature change rule,proved that the use of pulsed laser heating technology research and the feasibility of thermal ablation methods;Finally,based on the theoretical and simulation results,a pulse laser heating system is designed for the study of barrel thermal ablation,and the relevant tests are done.The test results show that the laser heating results and the simulation of the barrel temperature change law is roughly the same,the temperature of the heating surface is fluctuating rise,the paper research for the improvement of gun performance.The research on barrel life technology provides new ideas and methods,which has practical significance and reference value.
