With the continuous development of science and technology,more and more scholars have carried out related research on optics using different materials,and pointed out that the key issue is improving the light absorption capacity of the materials or structures used in the core components of optical devices.In recent decades,materials used for light absorption such as semiconductor materials,carbon-based materials,and noble metal nanomaterials have been widely used in field of the optics.In order to achieve high light absorption for these commonly used materials,relevant researchers have designed micro-nano optical structures on the surface of the material layer.In recent years,with the vigorous development of flexible optics,the polymers represented by flexible materials have received extensive attention due to their lightness,thinness,good flexibility,viscoelasticity and optical properties.However,compared with other materials used for light absorption,this material has a low light absorption rate and a narrow absorption bandwidth.Therefore,it is necessary to prepare a structure on the flexible material layer used for light absorption to improve the light absorbing ability of the material layer.In addition,the existing flexible material structure used for light absorption has a complicated preparation process,and most of the preparation processes require the use of structural templates.If the wide application of flexible metamaterials is to be achieved,there is an urgent need for a manufacturing process that can mass-produce large-area nanostructures.In this paper,flexible material composite nanoforests were processed in parallel by using plasma etching process,and the formation mechanism of the nanoforests was deeply studied.The light absorption characteristics of the composite nanoforests were analyzed theoretically and experimentally.Finally,the application of composite nanoforests in biological light isolation device and SERS detection is analyzed and discussed in depth.The main content of this article is as follows:(1)Preparation of composite nanoforests.The composite nanoforests were prepared by plasma etching and magnetron sputtering processes.At the same time,the height and inclination angle of the nanoforests and size of the metal nanoparticles were adjusted.The transmission electron microscope(TEM)was used to analyze the material elements and discuss the formation mechanism of nanofibers.(2)Optical properties of composite nanoforests.Plasmon multi-hybrid effect of the composite nanoforests is analyzed from theory and simulation.On this basis,using light absorption layers with composite nanoforests of different flexible materials and different structures,the broad-spectrum optical properties and light absorption stability were tested.(3)The composite nanoforests prepared on the flexible material have realized the application in biological light isolation device and SERS detection.
