Research On Petroleum Drilling Material Supply Chain System Based On Crowdsourcing

At present,China is located in the remote and complex environment of the oil field,which generally has the problems of high cost and low efficiency of oil drilling materials supply.In order to avoid the shortage of drilling materials and ensure the quality of drilling materials and the response speed of production demand,this paper integrates the idea of crowdsourcing into the oil drilling materials supply chain,through the network crowdsourcing method,so that many drilling materials suppliers can participate in the supply chain In the material supply of drilling enterprises,an oil drilling material supply chain system based on crowdsourcing is designed and implemented by using the organization process and settlement management mode of crowdsourcing supply chain,which puts forward a new idea for the traditional oil drilling material supply.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of material supply in oil drilling enterprises.Facing the problems of high cost,low efficiency,great difficulty and unstable quality in material supply in China’s drilling enterprises,with the help of Internet crowdsourcing platform and the basic idea and operation process of crowdsourcing supply chain,this paper analyzes and clarifies the parts and main functions of material supply chain system in drilling enterprises Please.Secondly,the overall structure and composition structure of the system are given.Combined with fuzzy theory and TOPSIS algorithm,the evaluation system model of petroleum drilling material supply crowdsourcing scheme based on crowdsourcing is constructed,and the decision optimization of drilling material supply crowdsourcing scheme is realized.Thirdly,the overall structure and database of the system are designed.The system is mainly divided into registration module,material supply crowdsourcing participant evaluation module,material supply task module,material supply crowdsourcing scheme evaluation module,crowdsourcing service feedback module,drilling material production and sales module and background management module.Finally,the oil drilling material supply chain system based on crowdsourcing is realized,which can match the material supply of oil drilling enterprises with higher quality and higher efficiency from the perspective of crowdsourcing supply chain.
