| With the continuous deepening of refined layered development technology,oil wells are developing in the direction of intelligent construction,and there is an increasing demand for online and real-time measurement of relevant production parameters of each oil layer downhole.Based on the above reasons,it is necessary to develop a multi-parameter measurement system for oil well layered production,which aims to realize the on-line accurate measurement of production parameters such as water cut,temperature,and pressure of each layer of oil wells to guide oil well layered production.Provide technical support for intelligent construction.This paper aims to achieve multi-parameter measurement of oil well layered production,the paper studies the structure of the multi-parameter measurement system for oil well layered production,and understands the principle of oil well layered production;summarizes the principle,applicable occasions,advantages and disadvantages of the production parameter measurement method of layered production,and selects thermal resistances respectively.Sensors,sputtering film sensors and radio frequency antennas measure temperature,pressure and water content;the measurement theory of water content of crude oil is analyzed;the parameters of the radio frequency antenna water content sensor are set and optimized,and then the radio frequency antenna water content is developed The rate sensor is simulated using COMSOL software.The simulation results verify the correctness of the sensor parameter settings and the rationality of the theoretical derivation.The multi-parameter measurement system for oil well layered production were developed,and the indoor temperature,pressure and water cut subsystem simulation experiment platforms were built respectively,and the relevant error analysis of the test results of the respective subsystems was carried out.The results show that the error for each parameter subsystem of the designed multi-parameter measurement system for oil well layered production have errors within 5%,the water cut subsystem can achieve water cut measurement in the range of0-100%,and the multi-parameter measurement of oil well layered production The system can realize on-line real-time measurement of relevant parameters of each oil layer downhole,laying the foundation for the refined production of oil wells in layered mining and the construction of intelligent wells in oil fields. |
