Research On Value Evaluation Of China Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd Based On EVA Modified Model

Due to the importance of oil resources,the state has always paid close attention to the development of the oil industry.It seems that the asset restructuring of the oil industry has never stopped,and this restructuring must be based on accurate value evaluation.In the field of petrochemical industry,people pay more attention to the value of large oil and gas enterprises such as Petro China,and often ignore the oil auxiliary enterprises,such as engineering service enterprises such as China Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.If we lack a reasonable understanding of the value of these enterprises,it is not conducive to the growth of these enterprises themselves,nor is it conducive to the restructuring and development of the oil industry.Therefore,this paper takes China Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd as the object to study the application of its company value evaluation.Firstly,based on the theories,methods and models of various value evaluation,this paper discusses the advantages of EVA,and analyzes the feasibility of the modification of EVA model based on the shortcomings of EVA model;secondly,this paper analyzes the value driving factors,especially the non-financial driving factors,based on the description of the operation status and development trend of the company,and analyzes the modification of EVA model This paper discusses the feasibility and advantages of the model in the valuation of the company;thirdly,this paper designs the EVA correction model of the company from the financial and non-financial perspectives,and combines the two designs to form the company value calculation formula of EVA correction model;finally,through the data of the company,the EVA valuation from the financial perspective is obtained,Using analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method,the coefficient of non-financial correction is determined,and the final company value calculation result is given.This study shows that: EVA modified model can more comprehensively reveal the intrinsic value of the company;for China Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd,reducing costs,increasing R & D investment and efforts,increasing market share is an important way to enhance enterprise value.
