In order to meet the needs of continuous automatic production of corrugated board manufacturers,this paper designs a set of corrugated board drying system based on microwave technology.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of natural drying technology,infrared drying technology,heating roller drying technology,hot air drying technology and microwave drying technology are analyzed.According to the actual demand of a corrugated box manufacturer in Hebei Province,microwave technology was selected to establish the drying system of corrugated paper.The microwave drying conditions needed for drying corrugated board under the actual production conditions were calculated,and the specific parameters of microwave generation,microwave transmission and microwave drying chamber were calculated.The tunnel type microwave drying equipment is selected to dry corrugated paper.The equipment mainly includes the main control unit of delta programmable logic controller(PLC),microwave generator,reaction chamber,optical fiber temperature sensor and other hardware equipment.The power supply circuit,magnetron control circuit,exhaust circuit and transmission circuit are designed.The input voltage and current of the magnetron are collected,and the microwave power in the cavity is detected by the microwave detector.Then the software flow chart of microwave drying process of corrugated paper is given,and the PLC control program of each unit circuit is completed.Because of the strong nonlinearity of microwave drying process,it is difficult to control.Therefore,radial basis function neural network(RBFNN)is used to identify and control the drying system,which can approach the nonlinear function arbitrarily.Adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO)is used to optimize the RBFNN,and the method is implemented in Matlab 2018 a.RS485 communication module is used to complete the communication between the lower computer and the PC upper computer.Through the object linking and embedding for process control(OPC)protocol,the connection between Matlab software and Kingview 6.60 software is realized.MATLAB,Kingview software and PLC cooperate to complete the control of the upper computer to the lower computer.The experimental results show that the temperature rise curve is ideal,The temperature error is less than 2 ° C.The real-time intelligent control under the actual factory production conditions is realized. |
