With the continuous development of customized furniture industry,the production of curve furniture woodworking machinery and equipment is more and more widely used.The curve cutting of blank is an important link.The efficiency of curve cutting and the surface quality of workpiece after cutting directly affect the overall quality of solid wood furniture.In this paper,a CNC curve cutting machine tool was designed to finish one-time processing molding of sculpture and curve blanking for furniture.The engraving process and the curve cutting process were integrated into the same machine tool and only one positioning clamping was needed to save the loading and unloading time,improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and meet the actual production needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,through the analysis of the manufacturing process of traditional furniture components,combined with the actual production demand of enterprises for solid wood furniture processing equipment,the blanking method and processing process were determined.A helical cylindrical milling cutter capable of being clamped at both ends was designed for modular machine tools.The influence of different milling parameters on the cutting process of the cutter was analyzed,and the change curve of the impact load of the cutter with time under different milling parameters was obtained.The transient dynamic analysis of the milling cutter was carried out to clarify the instantaneous stress size and distribution of the milling cutter when cutting into the workpiece,which provided a theoretical basis for determining the optimal milling parameters for the milling of spiral cylindrical milling cutter.The main technical parameters of the combined machine tool were determined through the analysis of the motion characteristics of milling and the processing objects,and the milling motorized spindle was selected.According to the process flow of curve blanking and engraving drilling,the scheme design of the curve blanking part,the engraving drilling part and the mobile workbench was carried out.Combined with the characteristics of milling,engraving and drilling in wood processing,the overall layout of the CNC curve blanking and engraving combined machine tool was determined.The main output power of the combined machine tool was determined by calculating the required milling force,milling power,drilling force and drilling power.According to the overall layout of CNC curve cutting engraving machine tool,the specific structure of the curve cutting host,the gantry fixed engraving component and the y-direction mobile workbench component were designed,and the curve cutting host and the engraving part were analyzed in detail.The static analysis of the base frame of the combined machine tool was carried out,and the rationality of the structural design could be verified by obtaining the corresponding cloud map,which provided ideas and reference for the design and analysis of other parts of the machine tool.The control system of CNC curve cutting and carving combined machine was designed.By analyzing the action sequence and functional requirements of the combined machine tool,the electrical schematic diagram of the control system of the combined machine tool and the selection of hardware were completed.Then according to the electrical schematic diagram of PLC program ladder diagram and human-computer interaction interface design.In this paper,the machining process analysis,milling motion characteristics analysis,overall layout determination,structural design and analysis,and control system design of CNC curve cutting and carving combined machine tool were mainly carried out,which could complete the engraving,drilling and curve cutting of solid wood blank at one time,and provided new design ideas for Chinese solid wood furniture manufacturers. |
