At present,the underground environment of coal mines is complex,with high production risks and many operators.A failure of any link in the production system may cause huge economic losses and serious safety accidents.Therefore,designing and equipping an advanced coal mine environment monitoring system can not only improve the economic efficiency and safety factor of coal mine production,but also reduce manpower input and realize high-level automation of coal mine operations.It effectively solves the problems of high danger coefficient and backward automation level of coal mine production,which is conducive to promoting the revolution of coal mining technology,realizing the intelligent and efficient development of coal mine production and guaranteeing national energy supply.The main research work of this thesis is carried out in the following aspects:(1)According to the mining area's production conditions and the nature of the detection object,this thesis independently designed a heterogeneous distributed communication method and developed a distributed coal mine production monitoring and control system with multi-communication protocol and multi-sensor to realize the intelligence and modernization of coal mine production.(2)In response to the noise interference caused by the complex and harsh underground environment to the sensor,DB6 wavelet is used to achieve fast denoising and synchronous feature extraction,and then the probabilistic neural network is used for fault identification,and a new type of fast online fault diagnosis system is realized.It does not need to retrain the new unknown fault types encountered during the operation of the system and is sufficient to directly increase the mode layer unit online to realize online incremental fault diagnosis.It is verified that the model has a good fault diagnosis effect.(3)According to the requirements of coal mine production,Qt is used to design the host computer software of the KTC2018 coal mine environmental monitoring system,which realized the bottom-level data fusion and protocol conversion,and complete the functions of equipment remote monitoring,status display,intelligent query,and fault diagnosis.The fault diagnosis system is integrated,and the online fault diagnosis model is applied to the coal mine environment monitoring and control system to realize the combination of theoretical research and actual production,so that the fault diagnosis can be faster and more accurate.Finally,a system test platform is built to complete the software test for the corresponding software functions of the upper computer.The KTC2018 coal mine environmental monitoring system is designed in this thesis which integrates equipment control,status detection and fault diagnosis.It does not need to retrain the new unknown fault types encountered during the operation of the system and is sufficient to directly increase the mode layer unit online to realize online incremental fault diagnosis.
