Infrared camera is an integrated equipment composed of camera,protective cover,infrared lamp,power supply and heat dissipation unit,etc.It is widely used in various occasions with its unique infrared imaging advantages.When infrared camera is used in high temperature occasions,it will cause shooting distortion,inaccurate temperature measurement and even damage.On the basis of thermal design,this paper adopts the method of combining thermal insulation material,water cooling and air cooling to research and develop the three-state thermal insulation cooling device for infrared camera,and adopts the design idea of double-layer annular flow structure in the water cooling layer.Heat transfer numerical analysis method has been used to study the three states heat insulation cooling device in different environmental temperature work,first of all,through the theoretical calculation proves the feasibility of the initial conditions,then use the Rerlizable k-ε liquid computing model,it is concluded that the heat insulation cooling device under 300℃ ambient temperature,the device internal space of the highest temperature of 48.5℃,the minimum temperature of 33.4℃,can meet the requirements of the infrared camera work normally,but under the condition of temperature 350 ℃,the internal space of the device local temperature more than 50℃,already cannot satisfy the infrared camera to normal working condition.Through the detailed analysis and research of various factors that affect the performance of the device,determine the water cooling is the most important layers,recycle fluid in the simulation of water cooling layer were analyzed,and the properties of the flow conditions found weak circulation state,and the problem of uneven distribution of fluid,through structure optimal design of water cooling layer after effect the performance of the device to reduce this problem,the numerical simulation results show that the three states of the optimized heat insulation cooling device in the environment temperature is 350℃,maximum temperature of 49.3℃,the internal space infrared camera can meet the normal working conditions.This article also carries on the corresponding modular design to this device,makes the device through the module change and the combination,can meet the use of different types of cameras and different transmittance glass requirements.The research in this paper shows that in a certain range of high temperature,the three-state thermal insulation cooling device combined with three measures of heat insulation material,water cooling and air cooling can well solve the heat dissipation problem of infrared camera under high temperature.
