With the continuous progress of science and technology and the increasing improvement of people's quality of life, the requirements of product manufacturing for mold quality are higher and higher. In order to meet the needs of high-quality mold development,on the one hand,we need to constantly use high-performance mold steel,on the other hand,it is necessary to achieve high-quality and efficient mold manufacturing.Cr12 die steel is often used to make cold stamping die. After heat treatment, the internal stress of the material is concentrated and the hardness is high, which is difficult to process. Therefore,in the process of machining, the requirements for cutting tools are higher. The cavity of Cr12 cold stamping die is generally a special-shaped surface, and there are many transition fillets. In the process of processing, due to workpiece clamping, tool clamping, fillet position and other reasons, the accuracy and surface quality of fillet processing are difficult to meet the technical requirements, and the subsequent grinding and polishing and other auxiliary processes are often needed to ensure the processing quality of die transition fillet. Therefore, improving the quality of fillet surface processing is the key to obtain high quality mold products. In this thesis,Cr12 die steel is used as the experimental material, and the theoretical analysis of cutting residual height, single factor and quadric response experimental methods are comprehensively used.Firstly, the typical transition fillets of Crl2 die are systematically classified, the residual model of fillet cutting is established, and the tool path of transition fillets is optimized. The experimental results show that streamline finishing strategy should be optimized for convex and concave fillets.Firstly,3D offset finish machining strategy is optimized for vertex fillet machining.Secondly, based on the optimized tool path, the cutting parameters of transition fillet are optimized. Finally, the research results are applied to the processing of Cr12 end cover stamping die.Through the detection of the surface quality of the end cover punch fillet,it is further proved that the streamline finishing strategy combined with the optimal parameter combination can reduce the surface roughness of the convex fillet by 35%and the concave fillet by 52%.The research results have guiding significance for guiding the processing technology of the die transition fillet and improving the processing surface quality.
