Abstract/Summary:
Ultrahigh pressure food sterilization(UPFS)technology is a new non-thermal processing technology in the food industry.Compared with the traditional food sterilization method,it has a great improvement in food safety and quality,and is more in line with the needs of consumers today.At present,due to many factors such as safety and cost,UPFS technology has not been commercialized on a large scale in China,and its core technology-the design method and manufacturing method of UPFS equipment are still in the early stage of research and development.In order to promote the large-scale commercial application of this technology,this paper systematically and deeply studied the design method and manufacturing method of UPFS equipment.The main research content is as follows:(1)The structure form,equipment composition and structure scheme of UPFS equipment were comprehensively introduced,analyzed and demonstrated,and the design key points of UPFS equipment were summarized.Qualitative and quantitative analysis and demonstration were carried out for various types of ultrahigh pressure bearing system and pressure system structure forms,then the optimization method of the overall design scheme of the equipment was formed.(2)The in-depth study on the structure of the wire winding treatment tank was conducted,and the design requirements and main design contents of the winding treatment tank were summarized.The preloading coefficient,winding method and winding section form of wire were studied by theoretical analysis,calculation formula derivation and finite element simulation.The theoretical calculation formula of infinite fatigue preloading coefficient,the new method of variable shear stress winding by applying preloading force in layers and the preloading correction coefficient of different wound sections were put forward.Finally,the structural design method and optimization analysis method of the winding treatment tank were formed.(3)The structure of the steel wire winding pressure frame had been deeply studied,and the design requirements and main design contents had been summarized.Theoretical analysis and calculation formulas derivation were carried out for the size calculation of beam-column assembly and the prestress application method of wire winding layer respectively.The correctness and applicability of the design method and calculation formulas were verified by the finite element strength and fatigue simulation.Finally,the design method and optimization analysis method of the steel wire winding pressure frame structure were formed.(4)According to the design theories,calculation formulas and analysis process of the equipment overall scheme,treatment tank and pressure frame formed above,the special design program.of UPFS equipment was developed based on Excel software environment and VBA language.It simplifies the design and analysis process to the greatest extent,and creates conditions for the extensive commercial application of the design method and analysis method of UPFS equipment formed in this paper.
