The mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe power supply is the power core of coal mine underground mining system,as the DC power supply of all kinds of equipment in the underground,the performance of power supply directly affects the efficiency and stability of the mine production,also it is related to the personal safety of the staff.Due to the harsh environment of mine underground,the intrinsic safety performance of the power supply is very strict,which limits the loading capability of the intrinsically safe power supply to a certain extent.This causes the device to be powered down,restarted,and other undesirable phenomena.The topic sources the project "Research on the transformation of self-produced power generation and high-reliability intrinsically safe power supply" of Beijing Tiandi-Marco Electronic-Hydraulic Control System Company Ltd..For the existing problems of power supply underground mine,the promotion measures of related performance are formulated by analysising the causes of these problems.Combining with the working environment of coal mine underground power supply,the design programme of "quasi-resonant flyback mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe switching power supply"is formulated to meet actual needs.First,the Multi-mode controller L6566B for SMPS produced by ST Company is used as the control chip to design a quasi-resonant flyback switching circuit.High efficiency and low EMI are achieved by soft-switching technology.To improve intrinsically safe performance,the LT4363IMS-2 high-voltage surge controller designed by Linear is used to design intrinsic safety barrier.The circuit of intrinsic safety barrier has a relatively simple structure and good consistency.It can respond to overvoltage and overcurrent faults from the load quickly,thus it improves the reliability of the intrinsically safe power supply.Finally,the flameproof enclosure is designed to implement flameproof Performance of the power supply.Combining with the problems at the fully mechanized mining surface of the mine underground,the power supply is simulated and tested,which further verifies the feasibility of the design.The test results show that the power supply has a wide input voltage range,small ripple.high efficiency,and excellent intrinsic safety performance.In the underground industrial test process,the power supply is convenient to install,and field devices run reliably and stably.The mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe power supply meets the application requirements of coal mine working face.Therefore the design of the power supply is certainly valuable for popularization and application. |
