With the deep exploitation of coal resource,the environment such as high temperature,high humidity,dust,impact and ground pressure is becoming more and more serious in the underground.The distance between workers and the working face is farther and farther.Those all increase the working difficulty and intensity of workers and are easy to cause fatigue for the workers.The fatigue of workers is a problem that cannot be ignored in coal mine accidents.Therefore,this paper should develop a fatigue assessment scale for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource.The purpose is to understand the fatigue status and fatigue influence factors for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource,and to play a positive role in preventing coal mine accidents caused by workers’ fatigue.First of all,this research conducts theoretical research.Through the literature research to analyze the existing relevant fatigue assessment scales.Experts select items of the relevant fatigue assessment scales that may be applicable to the fatigue characteristics of workers in exploitation of deep mine resource.Based on the characteristics of deep coal mines,the items were composed of the preliminary experiment questionnaire.Investigations were conducted among workers in a deep coal mine in Shanxi Province.In addition,in order to further understand the actual situation of workers,workers were interviewed by worker interview.Interviewers detailedly recorded,summarized and refined the fatigue symptoms described by the workers,collected new items and compiled an interview outline for workers in the deep mine,and the workers were investigated.Based on the preliminary experiment questionnaire and the worker interview outline,a pretest fatigue assessment scale for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource was formed.Then,a questionnaire survey is conducted by using the pretest fatigue assessment scale for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource.The measured data were carried out according to the project analysis,reliability test and validity test by SPSS 21.0,and the formal fatigue assessment scale was established for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource.Finally,the formal fatigue assessment scale for workers was distributed to survey among the workers of a specific deep coal mining enterprise in Gansu Province.The fatigue status and fatigue influencing factors of workers were obtained by analyzing the survey datas.A trial tool has been developed for fatigue measurement for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource according to this research.Through the application of this scale,the fatigue status and fatigue influencing factors are further studied for workers in exploitation of deep mine resource.The study found that the fatigue degree of deep mine workers is moderately upper;the degree of fatigue impact of all fatigue influencing factors is:round-trip walking distance>working time>working posture>temperature>work intensity>production target>overtime work system>noisy>Equipment stability>dust>equipment renewal;fatigue of deep mine workers varies in terms of job type,age,length of service,and education level.Combined with the actual production of deep coal mines,it puts forward relevant suggestions on the management system of enterprises,environment of workers and the working methods of workers to reduce the fatigue of workers.
