With the continuous development of modern industry,the application of industrial robots in various fields is more extensive and in-depth.In car aluminum alloy casting of engine cylinder block processing,industrial robot is applied to grab the casting of aluminum alloy cylinder to saw casting runner and flash,which has higher requirements for accuracy and stability of robot movement.This article mainly studies the control system of casting sawing robot based on PLC to improve the cutting quality of aluminum alloy cylinder casting.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,Analyze the sawing robot forward and inverse kinematics problem and use MATLAB to simulate the sawing robot after solved the sawing robot forward and inverse kinematics problem.Secondly,Research on optimization algorithm for trajectory planning of sawing robot in joint space at the same time use MATLAB simulation program together with trajectory optimization algorithm to build the sawing robot simulation system,and this simulation system is used to simulate and analyze the sawing robot motion trajectory and parameters.Finally,The trajectory of the sawing robot on the actual sawing station is optimized by the trajectory optimization algorithm,at the same time use Robot studio to collect and analyze the operation date of sawing robot.Count the qualitydata of casting sawing then compare the data before and after robot trajectory optimization.The analysis results of relevant data show that the trajectory planning optimization algorithm is adopted to improve the accuracy and stability of the motion trajectory of the sawing robot,the sawing quality of the casting is improved and more stable.
