| This paper conducts a risk assessment of regional safe production in Z Development Zone,by identifying,analyzing and predicting the main hazards in the project,we can grasp the existing distribution of hazards in the project as a whole and determine the risk grade of main risk points in the project,The feasible safety risk control countermeasures and measures are put forward to guide the safety planning and risk management of the project.To lay a foundation for hazard monitoring and accident prevention,the project in the follow-up construction and operation process to reduce the probability of accidents,to achieve the minimum loss and the best safety investment benefits.The main research contents include the following aspects.(1)Introduce the research background,determine the purpose and significance of project research.Combining with the research status of regional security assessment at home and abroad,the research methods and technical routes of this paper are put forward,and the basic situation,overall planning and regional status of Z development zone are analyzed.(2)The risk assessment method of safety production in Z development zone is determined by comparing hazard analysis method,expert evaluation method and risk matrix analysis(RLS)method.(3)Respectively identify the hazard sources of industrial and trade enterprises,municipal pipe network,transportation industry and other assessment units,and make statistics of the possible main hazard sources,major hazard sources and the main substances and hazard characteristics involved in the hazard sources of each unit.(4)Risk matrix analysis(RLS)is used to assess the risk level of industrial and trade enterprises,municipal pipe network,transportation industry and other assessment units,and to analyze the risk tolerance and control ability.(5)According to the evaluation results,countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of safety technology and safety management to improve the ability of regional risk prevention. |
