| As the development of science,technology and economy,many unique cultures of the ethnic minorities are facing the challenge of the accelerated globalization,leading to the cultural diversity is being exposed to the risk of destruction.Every traditional culture of ethnic groups has experienced a long period of development,accumulation and cultivation.In order to preserve the uniqueness and localism of minority cultures,more attention should be paid to the protection and inheritance of the traditional cultures of minority groups especially in the globalized world.In this case,the cultural soft power of our country can be improved efficiently.The Miyi Lisu people mainly live in the PanZhihua area of Sichuan province.Because of the poor geographical condition and economic backwardness,the traditional cultures of the Lisu people in this area are well preserved and are less affected by the economic development.The ethnic culture is a product of history.the Lisu cultures carry the historical memories of Lisu people.It is well known that the costume culture is one of the symbol and the carrier of a ethnic culture.The costume of ethnic minorities draws people’s attention not only because of the colorful surface but because the change of costumes can reflect the development process of the ethnic group.Specifically,Lisu cross-stitch is a bright pearl of Lisu traditional costumes.The cross-stitch embroidery is a kind of widespread traditional handicraft.Many ethnic minorities have their own cross-stitch work.However,due to the regional,economic and cultural differences,each cross-stitch embroidery has its own characteristics.Particularly,the Lisu cross-stitch that have gorgeous colors,full composition of pictures and abundant subjects is a miracle of this traditional handicraft.The Lisu cross-stitch has distinct regional features and contains rich cultural connotations of the minority group.The Lisu cross-stitch is a continuation of the Lisu people’s spirit and represents the wisdom and aesthetic appreciation of working people,having a unique aesthetic implication.This thesis sorted out and analyzed the image data of the Lisu cross-stitch collected by fieldwork and consulting literatures.First of all,the origin and evolution of the Lisu cross-stitch were introduced.The current research progress of the Lisu cross-stitch and the difference between the Lisu and other regional cross-stitch were also described in detail.Furthermore,the pattern and color features for the Lisu cross-stitch were discussed.The intrinsic aesthetic value contained in the patterns of Lisu cross-stitches was analyzed systematically.Finally,the collected data about the Lisu cross-stitch were converted to digital media information for management and comparison.Based on this information,the rules of the composition and structure in Lisu cross-stitches were concluded.The elements in Lisu cross-stitches were extracted,disassembled and innovated.On the basis of the primary features,the Lisu cross-stitch was redesigned by combining with the modern design method and aesthetic.In addition,the redesigned Lisu cross-stitches were applied the production of packages,home textiles and clothing,which would be contribute to allowing more people to understand and accept this type of traditional art.In view of this,this work will promote the protection and inheritance of the Lisu cross-stitch.Furthermore,it would also be beneficial to the inheritance of the traditional culture of the Lisu people. |
