The aging process in China is gradually accelerating.As the elderly population increases,the number of disabled elderly is also increasing.This thesis mainly aims at this situation and designs a shift bed suitable for disabled elderly to reduce the care.The burden of the person can make up for the inconvenience caused by the loss of physical function or limited mobility.Disabled seniors are very difficult in actual walking,and it is difficult to move from bed to wheelchair or from wheelchair to toilet.The main function of this shift bed is to solve the laborious problem of disability elderly people moving from bed to wheelchair,and to increase the autonomy of disabled elderly people as much as possible.Aiming at the research content of this topic,through reviewing relevant literature,understand the current status of research at home and abroad,research and analyze auxiliary equipment for disabled elderly at home and abroad,and understand the development trend,find the advantages and disadvantages of its design,and According to the current situation,such shift devices in foreign countries started earlier and developed relatively well,gradually developing in the direction of intelligence;such research in China started later,and its development was relatively imperfect,although many scholars conducted research and analysis on related products.The related products are also designed,but there are many deficiencies.Most of the disabled elderly people in China still rely on human relocation because these products currently occupy a large space and cost more.Through investigation and analysis,understand the basic status and information of disabled seniors,and determine their true needs;through field visits,observe the daily life of disabled seniors,observe their displacement methods,and check whether they are used The inconveniences of the lifting equipment and the use of the lifting equipment are analyzed;the relevant cases are analyzed and the lifting equipment is classified;the ergonomics makes a reasonable analysis and determination of the size of the lifting bed.Analyze the influence of physiological and psychological characteristics of disabled elders on the design of displacement beds.Get a preliminary understanding of assistive devices for the elderly and classify them according to their characteristics.And clarify the design direction of the shift bed.Learn about the daily lives of disabled seniors.Through the above analysis and summary,the overall scheme of the shift bed is determined.Use Rhino,Keyshot and other modeling and rendering software to draw the solution,display the three-dimensional model,and complete the drawing of the project.Based on the above analysis and summary,the main function of the shift bed was determined,and a bed and chair separation device was designed.Compared with the existing equipment,this design solution has improved the function and size of the bed and thewheelchair,including the bed part.It is easier to move,the wheelchair is separated from the bed and saves space;the size has also been optimized.The size of the wheelchair has been reasonably designed by calculating the sitting height,sitting depth and sitting width,which are 460 mm,426mm,and 448 mm.This size optimization makes the disabled elderly more comfortable in a wheelchair.The displacement bed designed in this article can help the nursing staff save energy and help the disabled elderly to move,and combined with the toilet function can better preserve the self-esteem of the disabled elderly.Helps the elderly to live as independently as possible.The injury caused to the elderly by the traditional disability elderly is improved,and the burden of the nursing staff is reduced.Through the research and analysis of this thesis,the relevant elements and design principles of disability assistive devices for the disabled elderly are summarized,the development direction of such product design is obtained,and the outlook and summary are summarized.
