Research On Financial Risk Of TH Company

At present,China's economic development has entered a new era.The economy has gradually changed from extensive development in the past to high-quality development.In the past,ten measures issued by the central government in order to expand domestic demand and promote steady and rapid economic growth have resulted in overcapacity in some industries due to the lag of market regulation.Compared with the cold winter scene in the traditional energy field,the development and utilization of new energy has gradually entered people's vision.In order to promote the development of new energy industry,local governments began to support the new energy industry in a series of ways,and introduced various subsidy policies to drive the new energy industry.Under this policy oriented background,many enterprises begin to make strategic transformation towards new energy,but the transformation of enterprises often brings corresponding financial risks,and the reasons for quick success and instant profits will lead to their own financial crisis.Therefore,this paper takes TH company in the period of strategic transformation as the research object to study its financial risk management.First of all,the relevant research literature at home and abroad is sorted out,the research conclusions are summarized,and the research ideas are learned.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of strategic transformation and financial risk control,and sums up the related theoretical knowledge and methods by reading the literature.The third chapter introduces the basic situation and risk management of TH company,through SWOT analysis to see the feasibility,process and motivation of TH company transformation.The fourth chapter identifies the financial risks of the company in the period of strategic transformation,and finds out the financial risks of the company by combining the company's own financial risk response measures.In chapter five,based on the company's annual report,we use the method of financial index analysis to analyze its financial indexes,and use the multivariate model to test whether TH company has the risk of bankruptcy and is in financial crisis,and draw a positive conclusion.The sixth chapter puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the conclusions and the corresponding problems.Finally,through the above analysis,the paper summarizes and evaluates TH company's response to financial risks during the strategic transformation,and puts forward corresponding conclusions and enlightenment,which can provide reference for TH company and similar enterprises' financial risk prevention and control under the strategic transformation.TH company chooses to carry out strategic transformation in the face of the pressure of the industry prospect downturn.Considering that there are many similar enterprises in China also facing transformation difficulties,the selection of this case is of practical significance.By analyzing the financial risk of the enterprise at the present stage,this paper puts forward scientific financial risk management and control measures to provide reference for the enterprise managers in the future governance.
