This thesis explores the copper-catalyzed oxidative dehydrogenation coupling reaction of glycine derivatives and unsaturated lactones,which is mainly divided into three parts.The first part briefly summarizes the research progress of reactions involving unsaturated lactones,mainly including the following three aspects:(1)study on the unsaturated five-membered cyclic lactones;(2)research on the synthesis of unsaturated six-membered cyclic lactones;(3)the construction of unsaturated seven-membered lactones and polycarbonyl compounds.The second and third parts mainly introduce my research work during the master's period:The second part details the copper-catalyzed aerobic oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of glycine ester with ??-angelica lactone for the construction of bioactive ?-amino-?-ketopimelate derivatives.The third part details the copper-catalyzed aerobic oxidative dehydrogenation [2 + 4] cyclization of glycine esters and cyclic enol esters for the construction of polysubstituted lactams.
