| Under the current talent selection system of our country,the paper-based examination is inevitable and substitutive.The paper bag is a kind of kraft paper bag which can hold the paper or answer card,and it is also an important carrier for the paper-based examination secrecy.In order to ensure the fairness of the test results,to prevent any form of leakage of the test questions,and to achieve the uniqueness of the anti-counterfeiting of the test paper bag,a special sealing label needs to be affixed to the test paper bag,but because of the particularity of the test paper printing industry,the production work stays on the handwork for a long time,the backward mode of production can not guarantee the fast-paced test demand.Therefore,it is urgent to design and develop the automatic production equipment of sealing and labeling of test paper bags to improve the production efficiency and product quality,and to improve the security,confidentiality and reliability of test paper production.First of all,because the innovative design process of the sealing equipment has the characteristics of complex information composition,complex design process and many disciplines involved,in order to systematically realize the innovative design of the sealing equipment,on the basis of the investigation and research of traditional paper production,seal seal seal printing and seal technology of paper bag,the paper builds up a new technology production process of seal and custom printing and automatic seal of paper bag through scientific sorting and decomposition,plan the overall design plan systematically.Secondly,in order to improve the innovation efficiency of sealing equipment design,the paper uses TRIZ theory to design and study the related schemes of the system of sealing and labeling equipment for test bag,based on the system integration design theory,the best combination scheme is analyzed by scientific evaluation system and Matlab software.Finally,according to the actual investigation and the overall layout,the three-dimensional entity model of the system and the assembly of the whole machine are established by Solidworks software.Through the Motion simulation analysis of Solidworks Motion plug-in,the feasibility and rationality of the system mechanism design are verified.According to the simulation results,the control parameters are studied,and the low,middle and high three-speed control of the whole system is realized,which provides important support for the next control system design.This paper introduces the System Integration Design Theory and TRIZ innovation theory to guide and provide a solution to the problem through the analysis of the production needs of enterprises,the innovative design scheme is evaluated scientifically with quantitative data,and the optimal combination scheme is verified by computer-aided modeling and simulation,it provides a scientific and simple operation method for the design,evaluation and verification of Related Mechanical Automation Products,and also has a certain reference value for the research and development of related mechanical automation equipment. |
