MOFs(Metal organic frameworks)are a kind of porous network structures, which are formed by self-assembly of metal ions or clusters with organic ligands via coordination bonds.Due to their advantages, including large specific surface area, designable structure, adjustable size of pores and easy chemical modification,MOFs have been widely applied in gas storage and separation, catalysis, medicine, electrochemistry and fluorescence sensing.Allowing for the excellent optical properties of LMOFs(Luminescent MOFs),they have been applied in ions sensing, molecule sensing, gas sensing, temperature sensing and pH sensing. Many LMOFs have been developed for the research in analytical chemistry, but the strategy to construct new LMOFs are still deficient, which will hinder the applications of LMOFs.In this paper, new LMOFs were constructed by luminescent ligands and guest molecules.Furthermore, their structures were characterized and optical properties were studied. Finally, they were applied to the analysis and detection of ions and small molecules. The specific research content includes the following three aspects:Firstly, based on the excellent optical properties of benzothiadiazole,a novel LMOFs,named BTDB-Eu,was synthesized by benzothiadiazole derivative H2BTDB and Eu3+.The structure and properties of BTDB-Eu were studied.Based on the enhancement fluorescence response of BTDB-Eu to H2PO4-,a fast and sensitive method for detecting H2PO4-in acetonitrile solvent was established. The linear range of the detection method is 0.100-10.0?M,and the detection limit is 0.0216?M.Secondly,a borane molecule(BO-1)was synthesized according to relevant literatures. However, the molecule is unstable in water, which limited their detection in aqueous.ZIF-8 has excellent physical and chemical properties, such as abundant nitrogen atoms and high specific surface area, which can be used as the subject unit in the subject-object interaction.BO-1 molecules were encapsulated into ZIF-8 to get the product, named BO-1@ZIF-8.Experimental studies showed that the fluorescence stability of BO-1 was significantly improved after the encapsulation.Moreover,BO-1@ZIF-8 exhibited not only enhanced fluorescence intensity response, but also an obvious redshift in maximum emission wavelength to amines.Based on the above results,a detection method for 1,4-butanediamine in aqueous was established, with a linear range of 10.0-600?M and a detection limit of 8.44?M.Finally,NU-1000 was prepared and used for detecting adenosine monophosphate(AMP)taking advantage of its good stability and excellent optical properties. The results displayed the fluorescence of NU-1000 enhanced with the addition of AMP.Therefore,NU-1000 was successfully used as a fluorescent probe in the detection of the biological molecule,AMP.Research results showed that the proposed method had good selectivity and anti-jamming capacity. The linear range of the detection method is 1.00-100?M,and the detection limit is 0.672?M.
