In recent years,the browning of tobacco leaf and deep color of pipe tobacco was more serious,leaded to the availability of tobacco industry and the quality of cigarette products decline,played a seriously affects on the economics of cigarette products.In order to solved the defect of personal subjective determine the browning degree of tobacco during aging,the browning tobacco during aging from Guangxi Industrial Corporation was used to analysis of different chromatic aberration and chroma of the tobacco during aging,and the discriminant models for the different browning tobacco during aging was established.The effects of different alcoholization environments and different moisture content of raw tobacco on the tobacco during aging were studied,and the change characteristics of pigment content,color value,conventional chemical composition,free amino acid,polyphenols,aroma substances and Maillard reaction products were analyzed.The relationship between the color value of tobacco leaves and the tobacco chemical substances and the best aging period and suitable aging period of tobacco during aging under different conditions were explored,provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for determine the degree of tobacco and aging measures of different alcoholization conditions and storage of tobacco.The main results of this paper wrer as follows:(1)Through systematic cluster analysis,the tobacco strips could be divided into four browning degree of tobacco,and There were significant differences between chromatic aberration and chrom of different browning tobacco strips,the chromatic aberration L and b had extremely significant negative correlation with the degree of browning,and the chrom Y and R had extremely significant and significant positive correlation with the degree of browning.Among the three discriminant models established,the Fisher’s discriminant model is not suitable for the discriminant of the degree of browning of tobacco strips.the difference between the actual value and determined value of multiple Logistic regression judgment and the MLP neural network for determining the browning level of tobacco strips was not statistically significant,They could be used to determine the degree of browning of tobacco strips.The MLP neural network model has higher accuracy and better stability than Fisher discriminant model and multiple Logistic regression model,It was suitable as a model for determining the browning level of tobacco strips.(2)As the temperature and humidity increase,The change of the color index value of the tobacco strips and inorganic chemicals were increased,The time of different browning degree appears of A3B2(High temperature and humidity)treatment is 3~12 months earlier than other treatments.The color value and inorganic chemicals changes of tobacco strips Hezhou in Guangxi is larger than that of Baoshan,Yunnan;the color index value of tobacco strips had a correlation with the inorganic chemicals of tobacco strips,and the correlation between of color index values L,b,R were higher than the color index values a and Y.In further stepwise regression analysis,the tobacco strips inorganic chemicals had little effect on the chromatic aberration a and chrom Y,and has an important influence on the chromatic aberration L,b,and the chrom R,In the all chemical substance,the total sugar,chlorogenic acid,reducing sugar,β-carotenoid,lutein,free amino acid had significant effects on tobacco strips color index values.The best aging period of A3B2 treatment was 9 months in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of different treatment aging quality.With the aging temperature and humidity were increased,the best aging period of tobacco strips will come early,and the suitable aging period of the tobacco strips were shortened.(3)In the process of aging,with the tobacco strips moisture content were increased,the chromatic aberration L,b,and the chrom R decline has increased,the chromatic aberration a decline has declined,and the time of different browning of the tobacco strips were advanced.It is not conducive to improvement of the appearance quality of tobacco strips when the moisture content of the tobacco strips was too high.The higher the water content,the lower the content of new phytoene and aroma substances(except neophytadiene)at 24 months,Increasing the moisture content of tobacco strips could increased the peak content of Maillard reaction products,but had no significant effect at 24 months.Among the three moisture contents that have been set,the difference of water content had no effect on the optimal aging period of Baoshan tobacco strips in Yunnan,but reduction of water content the optimal aging period in Hezhou,Guangxi was delayed.with the moisture content of tobacco strips were increased,the suitable storage time of Baoshan,Yunnan was shortened,the suitable storage of Hezhou,Guangxi was Lengthened.
