Coal plays a very significant role in China's economic development.Although it has been reducing the proportion of coal in the energy structure in recent years,at present,there is no energy in the short term that can replace coal.Therefore,coal will still be the"pillar"of China's energy sources in the next ten or even decades.Sangshuping Coal Mine belongs to the main mine of Hancheng mining area.The main 3~#coal seam is in the danger of serious outburst due to the complicated geological structure,high gas content and high destruction degree of coal seam,which greatly hinders the normal production of the mine.This paper takes the 3~#soft outburst coal seam of Sangshuping Coal Mine as the research object to study the effect of hydraulic drilling and expanding hole technology on its gas control.Firstly,the outburst type of no.3 coal seam was determined from the previous dynamic phenomenon and other factors,and the sensitivity index of gas was initially excluded through the change degree of gas index when the outburst occurred.Secondly,through the research on the working principle of hydraulic drilling and reaming technology,its for mulberry ping coal mine 3~#highlight the applicability of soft coal,and through the numerical simulation and stress changes before and after the mining of coal seam floor roadway factors such as to determine the reasonable position of the bottom lane,and then calculating coalbed gas attenuation coefficient to determine coal seam gas drainage difficulty;Thirdly,by comparing the chip discharge rate of common drilling and reaming drilling,it shows that the pressure relief of coal seam by reaming drilling is obviously better than that by common drilling.Fourthly,through the analysis of pre-pumping conditions of different boreholes,the evaluation method of 3~#coal seam outburst is obtained,and the gas sensitivity index is defined.Fifthly,through data calculation and data fitting,the effective extraction radius of different boreholes was obtained.Through comparison,it was found that hydraulic drilling was significantly better than normal drilling.Sixth,by measuring the effective discharge radius of the advanced discharge hole,it provides the theoretical technology for the layout of the local measure hole.Finally,the time and cost saving by using hydraulic drilling hole expanding technology is proved to be beneficial to the economic benefit of the mine.
