Study On The Ceramic Creation Of Chaoshou Style's Chengni Inkstone

The position of Inkstone in the Four Treasures of Study shows that it is of great significance to Chinese literati.It can also be one of the symbols of literati status and spirit as well as Mei,Lan,Zhu,Ju.The Chaoshou style in the Song Dynasty is in the mature period of history,and it is representative in this period of time.It is worth mentioning that the Chengni Chaoshou style's inkstone also gradually matured during this period.Except for the bionic style,the inserting hand style is the most typical Chengni Chaoshou style in Song Dynasty.I am interested in the development of the Chaoshou style in the era when the same stone-made style prevailed.Therefore,I am focusing on what are the factors that affect the formation of this shape? And are there any peculiarity of Chengni Chaoshou's inkstone? In the end,I am intend to apply this result to the current creation of ceramic art,not only has corresponding theoretical support for my work,but also hopes to provide some new information for people who will study Chaoshou and Chengni inkstone in the future.The Chengni Chaoshou style's inkstone from the Song dynasty is my research object in this paper,and then I studied it through collects,sorts,analyzes and summarizes the collection of inkstone,graphic data of relevant museums,and combines it with the background of the Song Dynasty.Finally,my work is based on relevant data analysis,sketch analysis,and proposal making and study of implements combined with creative practice.In the end,I summed up the shape characteristics of the object in three directions,shape and structure,texture,and color.At the same time,the influencing factors were analyzed through the creative idea and production process.The coexistence of the rigid and soft line,the texture of jade and stone,and the color of the grade are affected by multiple factors such as function and aesthetics,the literati spirit,and the production process.I have tried to research Chengni Chaoshou style's inkstone as a small point to inject the ancient spirit of creation and literati into the contemporary ceramic art in the end.
