In recent years,non-conventional oil and gas resources represented by ultra-low permeability reservoirs have become important succeeding resources after conventional oil and gas.The new technology represented by "horizontal well volume fracturing" has been widely used in the development practice of ultra-low permeability reservoirs.Based on the data of geology,rock fluid and logging,a three-dimensional geological model and a physical and mathematical model of a horizontal well with volume fracturing in M131 well area of X Oilfield are established in this paper based on the data of geology,rock fluid and logging.In view of the special treatment of artificial fractures and the characteristics of ultra-low permeability reservoirs,the key points of simulation are summarized,and the development rule and overall development effect of horizontal wells in the previous test are analyzed and evaluated.The Arps decline model is used to fit the law of production decline,and the horizontal wells are divided into three types of oil wells according to the initial oil production.The law of productivity decline is compared and analyzed,and the main factors affecting the productivity and development law of horizontal wells are summarized.Combined with the ultra-low permeability reservoir model and the numerical simulation orthogonal test method,the sensitivity of parameters affecting the productivity and development law of horizontal wells with volume fracturing is analyzed.Using numerical Simulation Software tool and processing method of Local Grid logarithmic encryption,the simulation and optimization of technical parameters of M131 reservoir submodel volume fracturing horizontal well,including horizontal well direction and horizontal well spacing,have been carried out under the mode of failure development.Seven technological parameters,such as horizontal section length,half-length of artificial crack,spacing of artificial fracture,total amount of fracturing fluid and construction displacement,etc.Based on the optimization results of technological parameters,the optimization of the overall deployment scheme for horizontal wells with volume fracturing in M131 reservoir is further carried out,including the design of the development scheme and the prediction of the development indexes,and the principles and technical requirements of the scheme deployment are summarized.Based on the key points of modeling and numerical simulation of volume fracturing horizontal wells in M131 ultra-low permeability reservoir in oilfield X,the development laws of horizontal wells are recognized and the law of productivity decline is analyzed,and the main control factors affecting productivity and development laws are obtained.The optimization design of process parameters for volume fracturing horizontal wells and the overall plan of horizontal well deployment have certain guiding significance for the efficient development of ultra-low permeability reservoir resources.
