| With the continuous development of direct energy deposition technology,people put forward higher requirements for its processing quality,efficiency and cost,and the direct energy deposition technology with wire as raw material has the advantage that powder as raw material can not be replaced.At present,the domestic manufacturing technology of wire feeding deposition is still in its infancy.In this paper,the hybrid deposition of Multi-Beam laser and Resistance heat with On-Centerline wire feeding is proposed,and the new technology is studied theoretically and experimentally:(1)The experiment platform of multi-beam laser and Resistance heat with On-Centerline wire feeding hybrid deposition is set up in this paper,The control system with485 communication as the core is put forward and the special control software is developed,the function and determination principle of each key component are analyzed,and parts processing and general assembly debugging are carried out.(2)Experimental and theoretical analysis of multi-beam laser and On-Centerline without Resistance heat(cold wire)wire feeding hybrid deposition.On the platform of Visual Studio 2010,the simulation software of temperature field of two laser beams is written with C#,The calculation results show that the high temperature area of cross section changes from V-shape to W-shape when the optical distance increases.When the optical distance is too large,the center temperature of the melting channel is low,and the combination with the substrate is not close,so the defects are easy to appear,which is consistent with the phenomenon that defects are produced in the center of the experiment results;Different scanning angles can form the molten pool,which is consistent with the square Single-pass deposition experiment.It shows that there is no scanning direction in the technology of multi-beam laser wire feeding.The effects of total laser power,wire feeding speed and scanning speed on the height and width of Single-pass deposition are obtained by basic process tests.(3)Experimental and theoretical analysis of multi-beam laser and Resistance heat(hot wire)with On-Centerline wire feeding hybrid deposition.Aiming at the problem of blind selection of heating current,the influencing factors of temperature field of wire extension in composite deposition were studied separately,the simulation model of wire temperature field is established,The calculation results show that there is a weak negative correlation between wire feeding speed and wire temperature field,a positive correlation between heating current and elongation and a negative correlation between wire diameter and wire temperature field.The calculation formula of the best heating current is deduced theoretically,which is consistent with the test results.On the basis of theoretical analysis and process test,the square thin-walled frame and cuboid solid samples were successfully prepared by selecting appropriate process parameters,which proves that the technology of hybrid deposition of multi-beam laser and Resistance heat with On-Centerline wire feeding can carry out three-dimensional automatic deposition with high efficiency. |
