Transparent electrodes have broad application prospects in optoelectronic devices such as transparent heaters,light-emitting diodes,smart windows,solar cells,display screens.High electrical conductivity and light transmittance,as well as high mechanical toughness,are the goals of the new generation of flexible transparent electrodes.Although commercial indium tin oxide(ITO)transparent electrodes have excellent optoelectronic properties,their brittleness and lack of indium element have led researchers to study alternates of ITO.In recent years,metal mesh transparent electrodes have attracted wide attention due to their excellent properties as candidate materials.In this thesis,the electrospun fibers are used as a patterning template,and simple and economical methods are used to prepare metal mesh transparent electrodes.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)A continuous copper film was wet etched to get copper mesh transparent electrodes(CMTE)by polyvinyl butyral(PVB)electrospun fibers as a patterning template.The field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM)characterization results showed that the copper wire in the CMTE is on the same surface and has a small surface roughness.The CMTE with a submicron linewidth(the minimum linewidth reached 550 nm)was prepared,by controlling the diameter of PVB fiber,time of solvent annealing,conditions of wet etching,and suppression of undercut.The characterization results of the photoelectric and mechanical properties of CMTE showed that:the CMTE has the best photoelectric performance of sheet resistance R_s=15.9Ω/sq at transmittance T=90%.The CMTE also has the same peeling resistance as ITO and better bending resistance than ITO.The method here is also suitable for preparing large-area transparent electrodes(33×21 cm).Incorporation of this CMTE into the resistive touch screens can achieve basic handwriting functions.CMTE’s application in red quantum dot OLED light-emitting devices gets a high external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 2.9%.(2)The preparation of tunneling trough was explored.Tunneling trough is a promising template to prepare CMTE after magnetron sputtering followed by lift-off processes.Tunneling trough fabrication includes deposition of PVB electrospun fibers,Layer-by-Layer(Lb L)self-assembling of polyethylene oxid(PEO)/tannic acid(TA)and removing PVB fibers.The field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM)characterization results showed that the linewidth of the trough is affected by the diameter of the annealed PVB fibers and the thickness of the assembled film.When the Lb L assembling circling is 5 times,7 times and 11 times,the linewidth of the troughs is reduced from 1722 nm to 1598 nm.The shape of the polymer fibers and the solvent that dissolves the fibers affect the shape of the troughs.
