| With the improvement of modern coal mining technology and equipment level,the top plate accident of the comprehensive mining surface has been greatly reduced,and the choice of the top plate support mode in the front section of the back-picking lane has increasingly become the key to affect the safe and efficient progress of the comprehensive mining work surface.This paper for the inch two ore 31204 integrated release work surface main transport smooth groove using single hydraulic pillar in the process of advance support strength is low,workers labor intensity,restricting the work surface propulsion speed problem,in order to achieve optimization of the main transport smooth groove advance support mode,improve production efficiency and eliminate work surface safety hazards for the purpose,through theoretical analysis,theoretical calculation,computer simulation and other means,combined with on-site measurement data.The optimization research is carried out in the advanced support mode of the main transport channel of the comprehensive placed work surface.By using three different theoretical calculation methods,the top plate distribution load,permanent support and advance support strength are calculated,and the results show that the top plate load of 31204 main smooth groove is 171.7 k N/m2,thepermanent support strength is 204 k N/m2,,and the support safety factor is 2.07,which can meet the requirements ofengineering safety.At the same time,it is calculated that the strength of the reinforcement support required to maintain the stability of the smooth slot top plate is 0.102x103 k N.Through the numerical simulation analysis of the three support schemes,it can be seen that,through the plastic area map,the roadway roof support pressure cloud map and the laneway top plate displacement change cloud map,the results show that the increase of the single hydraulic pillar and the increase of the reinforcement of the anchor demand than the support effect of the unpretentated support,increase the single hydraulic pillar and the whole lane reinforcement anchor ingenuity,the whole lane reinforcement support effect is relatively good,so the protective effect of the whole lane reinforcement reinforcement can play a relatively good Through numerical simulation analysis,it can be shown that the new advance support scheme can control the stability of the roadway in advance.Based on the results of the top plate load and permanent support strength calculated by the theory,the support strength of the reinforcement support is calculated,the core of whether the reinforcement support meets the requirements of the advanced support,after the strength of the three theoretical 2.45,methods,the final support strength in the theoretical method is 153.7 k N/m,therequired support strength is 62.7 k Nm;Compliance with safety standards;336k N,to be greater than thesupport capacity of passive support 102 k N,the final results of the three theoretical calculations show that the advanced support strength is to meet the support strength requirements of the 31204 main smooth channel.By observing the appearance of the pressure in the main smooth channel,the analysis shows that the optimization scheme is theoretically feasible in replacing the single hydraulic strut in the advance section of the 31204 main transport channel. |
