Scraper conveyor is one of the main supporting equipment for coal mining in the fully mechanized coal mining face.Its efficient and safe operation can effectively guarantee the personal safety of the workers and coal production benefits under the mine.Scraper chain is the key link to transfer the traction force in the conveyor.Its stable operation is of great significance to the safety and efficiency of coal mining work,but it also leads to a high probability of chain failure,so it is very important to monitor its failure.Tension is an important parameter to characterize the running state of scraper chain.Under the complex load condition and working environment under the mine,the tension distribution of the chain is uneven,so the effective multi-point tension can reflect the running state of scraper chain more truly.However,the difficulty of current tension monitoring is that most of the multi-point tension information is sent to the wireless data receiving substation by wireless means.In view of the limited distance of wireless communication and the complex working environment,especially in the case of long-distance and submerged by the mine water,the wireless monitoring of multi-point tension is difficult to achieve.Therefore,based on the collection of single point tension in the submerged environment,this dissertation designs the condition monitoring system of scraper conveyor to realize the real-time monitoring of the important operation parameters of scraper chain such as distributed tension,multi-segment chain speed,operation cycle and effectively analyzes the multi-point tension to realize the combination of chain breaking monitoring and tension monitoring,the main work of this dissertation is as follows:First of all,this dissertation theoretically analyzes the force of the scraper chain when it bears the load,so as to determine the tension sensitive point that accurately reflects the running state of the chain.At the same time,it analyzes the arrangement of multiple tension collection devices and receiving devices to return more effective multi-point tension.Based on this,a round-link chain with specific specifications for mining is selected.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the multi-point tension information of the chain in the complex environments such as heavy load,chain block and chain break,this dissertation sums up various alarm types that should be carried out under different working conditions.According to the functional requirements,in order to realize the transmission of important parameters such as real-time distributed tension in a long-distance immersion environment,the communication scheme between the host computer,the receiving device and the collecting device is designed,and it is determined that the monitoring system uses the combination of wireless communication and wired communication to transmit the data.At the same time,the multi-machine communication,real-time clock and other modules of the receiving device are designed so as to build the hardware foundation for functions such as wireless communication,multi-machine communication,and recording data time.Based on this,a wireless communication protocol and a multi-machine communication protocol are formulated.The content of the valid data is defined in the protocol so that the distributed dynamic tension information and location can be determined,and then the program of the acquisition and receiving device is written at the software application layer to complete data acquisition and transmission tasks.Finally,based on the Lab VIEW program development environment,the host computer software is developed.The software can realize data communication between the host computer and multiple slaves.At the same time,the multi-point tension information and its corresponding time can be analyzed to get the important parameters such as the multi-segment chain speed,the number of running cycles.The software can also analyze the multi-point tension information with different characteristics to judge different operating states of the chain,and perform corresponding alarms and early warnings according to different operating states,so as to effectively monitor the operating conditions of the scraper chain and prevent malfunctions.At the same time,the software functions are tested to test the distributed tension display function of the software under the normal tension state and the operation of various alarm functions of the software under the abnormal state,so as to verify the feasibility of the system.This dissertation can provide a thought for the collection and transmission of distributed dynamic tension of the scraper conveyor in the harsh environment such as mine water immersion.On the basis of real-time monitoring,the accuracy of the monitoring system is further improved by quantifying the different positions of scraper chain and middle plate in the monitoring of multi-point data.The monitoring of many important parameters such as the number of running cycles can also provide rich data support for the optimization of control logic in the future.
