Rotary hearth furnace process treatment of converter metallurgical dust is a new trend in domestic metallurgical dust treatment.It has the advantages of strong raw material adaptability,green environmental protection and other advantages.,Desulfurization ash)to carry out the relevant basic research on the process of the rotary hearth furnace,and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of the reduction process parameters for the treatment of different iron-containing raw materials in the rotary hearth furnace.Firstly,the related theory of the treatment of metallurgical dust in a rotary hearth furnace was studied,and the reduction characteristics and thermodynamic conditions of iron oxides in carbon-containing pellets were discussed;the bonding mechanism of different types of binders was analyzed;Analysis of prokinetics.Before carrying out the strength experiment and reduction experiment of the carbon-containing pellets of steelmaking dust,the characteristics of the raw materials of the steelmaking dust used in the experiment were studied.The experiment determined that the three steelmaking dusts all contained active calcium oxide.The content is the largest,up to 23.08%.In order to avoid the pulverization phenomenon caused by Ca O digestion reaction,the desulfurized ash must be digested,and the digestion time is10-11 h.In the experimental study on the strength of carbonaceous pellets in steelmaking dust,the effects of the type of binder,the amount of binder,the moisture content of the pellet,the drying time and the drying temperature on the falling strength and compressive strength of the pellet were explored.Binders A,B,and C were used to study the effect of the composite binder on the properties of the pellets.The optimal ratio of the composite binder was obtained by using the mixture regression model: A: B:C = 6: 3 : 1.5.A high temperature vertical tube furnace was used to study the factors affecting the reduction of carbon-containing pellets,and the effects of different reduction temperatures and carbon-oxygen ratios on the reduction process of carbon-containing pellets were analyzed.The suitable reduction conditions are: temperature 1250 ? and C/ O = 1.1.Using the successive "gas-solid" reaction model,the restrictive links of the reduction process of carbonaceous pellets of different raw materials were explored.Among them,the activation energy of the reduction reaction of the decarburized ash carbon-containing pellets and the dephosphorylated ash carbon-containing pellets is146.5kj / mol and 140.4kj / mol,the control link of the reduction reaction is the gasification reaction of carbon;the desulfurized ash contains carbon The activation energy of the reduction reaction of the pellet is 501.1kj / mol,and the control link of the reduction reaction is the interface or local chemical reaction.
