In the current industrial development process,mechanical equipment tends to develop towards miniaturization and high-speed,and the lubricating grease which provides the core lubrication function also has higher and higher requirements with the improvement of mechanical equipment.Currently,the commonly lubricating grease analysis methods are mostly carried out by bearing testing machine,which will bring about problems of long test cycle,high test cost,how to carry out lubricating grease performance evaluation more effectively and economically has important implications.Accurate and efficient selection of grease with the best performance can reduce the probability of mechanical equipment loss due to lubrication failure and reduce the cost of grease performance selection.In this paper,the performance index factors of the rolling bearing grease are analyzed.Through the preparation of the grease sample and considering the actual testing situations,the drop point,cone penetration,friction coefficient,evaporation loss and wear spot diameter are selected as the index factors of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the bearing grease.Through the theoretical research and learning of the subjective and objective evaluation theory and the comprehensive performance evaluation method,constructs the comprehensive performance evaluation method of lubricating grease based on the gray correlation degree analysis and radar chart method;through the analysis and learning of the factors of lubricating grease,the actual made lubricating grease materials are calculated according to the selected index,the comprehensive performance evaluation analysis model of lubricating grease is calculated,and the lubricating grease is analyzed by the method of multi index comprehensive analysis.Determine the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of bearing grease,which includes drop point,cone penetration,friction coefficient,evaporation loss,wear spot diameter and other factors;build the comprehensive performance evaluation model of lubricating grease based on the gray correlation degree and radar chart method;verify and analyze the lubricating grease samples according to the tribology and bearing experiment respectively,and verify the comprehensive performance of rolling bearing lubricating grease Effectiveness of performance evaluation methods.The research results of this paper provide test data support and reference for comprehensive performance evaluation of lubricating grease.
