Coke tower is one of the five coking processes used in delayed coking equipment,which is a typical industrial equipment.The safety of coke tower equipment is a necessary condition for ensuring people's livelihood and ensuring the smooth progress of industrial processes.With the increase of the number of coke towers and the expansion of equipment coverage,traditional supervision methods have been unable to meet the real-time supervision of coke towers,and the safety of the equipment has been threatened.In addition,a large amount of structured and unstructured data will be generated during the design,production and operation of the coke tower,and the data cannot be shared in different regions.In order to effectively use the large amount of multi-source heterogeneous data collected in real time in the work of the coke tower,a method for data integration at the data receiving layer is put forward,and the storage method combining local storage and cloud storage was determined.Based on this data integration method and storage method,a coke tower detection and monitoring cloud platform has been developed.The implementation of this platform has provided accurate services such as query of inspection and monitoring data,diagnosis of health status,predictive maintenance of faults,performance evaluation,and decision support for industry enterprises,testing institutions,government departments,etc.,which has improved the management level of coke towers..The main work of this article includes:(1)Introduce the background of typical industrial equipment,especially the current status of coke tower use and management level,and analyze the theoretical and practical significance of developing a coke tower inspection and monitoring platform.(2)According to the related research on the coke tower,the relationship between the coke tower business and the generated data is analyzed,and the various sources of the coke tower data are clarified.And from the two types of business type and data type,the data is divided and introduced in detail in the three stages of coke tower design,production and operation data.Based on the analysis of relevant data,the requirements for coke tower data integration were obtained(3)A method of data integration at the data receiving layer is proposed.Because the data of coke tower related data is multi-source and heterogeneous,the method proposes a unified expression of structured and unstructured data.Through five stages of data acquisition and reception,data classification,data analysis,data packaging and data storage,complete the data integration of heterogeneous data at the data receiving layer,thus ensuring access to various collectors,and meeting the requirements of high real-time and high query efficiency of the detection and monitoring data of the coke tower.(4)Designed and implemented a coke tower detection and monitoring platform.The data management center module in the cloud platform completes data integration and storage to provide data support for other functional modules.The system adopts the idea of separating the front end and the back end.The front end is implemented by the Vue framework,and the back end adopts the Spring Boot framework with stability and scalability.The realization of the platform provides convenience for the safety supervision of coke towers by industry enterprises,testing institutions,government departments,etc.,and realizes the sharing of data.
