The electron beam fuse additive manufacturing technology has the advantages of fast forming speed,controllable defects,excellent mechanical properties such as fatigue performance,etc.It is of great significance for the manufacture of high-performance large-scale metal bearing components.In the process of electron beam machining and forming,due to the melting and solidification of the workpiece through the molten pool and the forming characteristics of the model,as well as the structural characteristics of the model,the forming accuracy and other factors,it requires a certain post-processing to obtain the final workpiece.A certain margin is reserved for the rough parts.It is necessary to rebuild the design digital model through a series of models to obtain a production digital model for electron beam fuse forming.Based on the functional requirements of digital modeling reconstruction,this paper uses the secondary development interface and technology on the NX10 platform to develop a digital modeling rapid reconstruction system for e-beam fuse additive manufacturing based on the C / C ++ language.This article aims to develop a software function system that can process STEP intermediate format file models,solve the difficult problem of intermediate format models that are not easily modified,and develop feature recognition and reconstruction functions for complex model features and chaotic types.Its main work contents are:(1)Analyze the model characteristics according to the processing characteristics,and consider the differences in the structure of the model files saved by different modeling software,compare and analyze the structural characteristics of the STEP format model files presented in NX,and propose an intermediate format STEP file model in NX Solution to deal with.(2)Carry out overall planning of the system,analyze typical feature structures,and perform functional requirements analysis such as model processing and feature recognition.According to the functional requirements,design the specific structure of the system,classify the functional modules,and design the functional interface based on NX.(3)Research on feature recognition technology and reconstruction function,develop repair function of STEP format file model,and develop targeted feature recognition and reconstruction function.Supplement the model recognition processing method,and enrich the model reconstruction function.After completing the above work,develop a digital and analogue shortcut system based on STEP format for e-beam fuse additive manufacturing,which can handle a variety of CAD software modeling source file models.The application shows that the use of this system provides a solution to the processing of STEP format models in NX.It can handle deparameterized models and complex feature structures,and can deal with chaotic feature information for identification and reconstruction.
